Venez vivre des vacances de luxe au Calder Beachfront Retreat. Cette maison a été récemment rénovée (2018-2019) et dispose de superbes finitions haut de gamme, allant de la cuisine gastronomique aux comptoirs de quartz au salon à aire ouverte avec une très grande cheminée en pierre moderne et une vue imprenable sur l'océan mur de fenêtres orientées ouest dans le salon et la chambre principale.

Le pont de deuxième étage enveloppant nouvellement construit offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde pour profiter d'un barbecue en soirée.

Cette maison est à moins de 2 km du centre-ville de Long Beach avec ses nombreux restaurants, boutiques, galeries d'art, arcades, terrains de golf et de karting. Bien que la maison soit proche de la ville, elle est privée. Le Calder Beachfront Retreat est la seule maison située au bout d’un long chemin bord�� de pins. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la plage par un chemin privé.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, beach access, yet close to everything. We were there on a stormy winter weekend, and watching the crashing waves while playing boardgames in the living room was perfect. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Calder Beach Retreat

Great beach house in the perfect location. Its right in town, but the 1/4 mile private road and no visable neighbors makes it very private and quiet. The views are spectacular and so is the home. No corners cut on the luxury you will find here.

Wonderful location...view of the ocean amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Lots of natural light due to the many windows. The private path to the beach was shorter than it looks..probably about 5 minutes. The open kitchen with anything you might need was all there. I would definitely stay at this property again!!

Lovely home in private location with sweeping ocean views

Lovely, well maintained and well supplied house in spectacular beach location with sweeping ocean views. This house is comfortable and very private. The path through the dunes is quite well kept and wide enough that two people can walk side by side. As beach paths go, this one is a super highway.

The views are beautiful and the walk to the beach is simple. Dabra was friendly and very quick to respond when we called. We have already booked another stay at this beautiful property.

The playroom for the little ones is such an added bonus. The beach is a short and easy walk away and the views are lovely!. It is by far one of the nicest homes we have rented!

Helpful tips

When we arrived at the address, the GPS stopped well short of the location. It would’ve been helpful for the instructions to say drive to the end of the private road. In addition, the verbiage keyless entry had us believe that we would be punching in the security code, however, it was a lock box.

A Dream Getaway

Reviewer Comments: This house was pure perfection. It was deeply clean and full of fun things to do!! It is the perfect getaway for a beautiful summer day or a rainy winter day. The kids were in heaven with all of the toys available, and the parents were in heaven with all that kept the kids busy. It feels very private and safe and the trail to the beach is like you’re in a fairytale!

Hi Shannon, wow, it is hard to dp better than pure perfection, but w can always try. We do our best to earn the 5 star on cleanliness and the housekeepers love it when guests call this out. Rain or Shine!

This property was amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. It didn't matter if it was raining, sunny or even snowing. Yes, it snowed and was very cold. Inside the house it was cozy and warm with plenty to do. When it's too wet and cold we read, played games and in the garage there were more games! Great space for all to spread out or be together. Everything you would want & more. Will definitely come back.

Family Time at Calder

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great and the weather really cooperated for three of the four days. The house was great and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing good meals. We went to the fish market in Ilwaco twice and prepared two great dinners from the freshly caught king cod. We got to spend time walking the beach and exploring the peninsula. Would go back at the drop of a hat.
