Situé dans le "coeur" du centre-ville de Long Beach, WA, ce townhome construit sur mesure a été construit JUSTE POUR les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet et Kite Festival - vous voyez tout et tout le tronçon de la promenade des 3 niveaux. Chemin vers la plage ou sur les escaliers de la promenade juste à côté de votre porte d'entrée. Vous voulez vous promener dans la ville? Marcher, ne pas conduire. C'est à quelques pâtés de maisons. Avec seulement 4 de ces Boardwalk Townhomes, vous ne vous battez pas avec beaucoup de voisins, de stationnement ou de bruit. Lorsque vous entrez dans la rue principale, vous descendez le couloir vers la droite avec le bain complet, à gauche les escaliers vers la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée, les repas, le salon, la chambre d'amis et la salle de bain complète. Un autre escalier et vous êtes dans le loft avec lit king et des vues incroyables. Magnifiquement meublé avec toutes les commodités que vous pouvez imaginer. 2 lits king, 1 reine et un lit queen violent, dormir 8 confortablement.

Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. 5 min Short walk to the boardwalk and beach directly in front of townhome. Outside water hoses provided for cleaning ocean sandy feet and toys. Kitchen fully furnished made cooking easy along with a wine fridge which provides for perfect relaxation accompanied by stunning sunsets. 3 bedrooms very comfy for restful sleeping. All guests should be physically able to navigate stairs as main living is upstairs from entryway. This property was exactly what I was looking for. Would absolutely stay here again. The home is immaculate, my reason for 4 stars in cleanliness is the cleaners did not fully dry towels before removing from clothes dryer; they felt damp, cold and smelly when pulled from the linen closet for use, after noticing this I just redid the towels in the washer and dryer in the home. All cleaning and laundry supplies were fully furnished. Made for quick easy clean up.

Having traveled for work, I was always looking for that "tranquility" where I could just relax and get away. After a family function at a restaurant in Long Beach, WA, I saw THE building - it was Boardwalk. Recently constructed, I found a unit for sale. This WAS home. I had the ability to purchase the builders' unit - THE UNIT on the North end. It is spectacular. I have never enjoyed a place more. it is located just to the west, or beach side of downtown. There is a path leading directly from the downstairs master (private entrance) to the beach. It is exactly what most people dream of when they think "a place at the beach." I had the opportunity to purchase another property that we are rehabbing AND with so many friends wanting to stay at the condo, we thought it would be a good opportunity to include it in the vacation rental

Location. Location. Location. The location of this unit is prime! Long Beach has ocean view and front properties but not with this kind of view. You are nestled in a small complex with only 4 units, yet a quick walk to downtown, the boardwalk or beach. Besides being beautifully furnished inside, it really is the location and view that you will fall in love with.
