Venez goĂ»ter au paradis et profiter de l’une des meilleures villes balnĂ©aires du sud de Cali. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e dans le village de la cĂŽte nord. Ce complexe est situĂ© sur la plage avec de nombreux Ă©quipements et activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. La plage Ă  votre gauche et le port Ă  votre droite. Ici vous pouvez trouver la plage, l'accĂšs Ă  2 piscines, un jacuzzi et de nombreux autres Ă©quipements.

Mon unité est située dans le village de North Coast qui propose deux jacuzzis spa, un accÚs gratuit à une salle de sport ouverte 24h / 24, une salle de jeux avec télévision, des tables de billard et de ping-pong, un putting green, des laveries sur place, des barbecues de qualité commerciale pour la -heure de patrouille.
Les terrains de North Coast Village sont aménagés à la perfection et dégagent une sensation de tropicale luxuriante! Vous adorerez vous promener dans les jardins clÎturés et explorer les petits ruisseaux, les étangs de carpes koï, les fontaines et les alcÎves cachés.

Le complexe est également équipé de deux piscines, de deux bains à remous, de deux stations de cuisson commerciales, d'une salle de jeux, d'une salle de musculation et de cardio-training et de plusieurs installations de blanchisserie. North Coast Village est vraiment un lieu unique pour des vacances inoubliables.

Location location location 😃 Love the property. Felt safe and the grounds were phenomenal. Security staff was friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Ocean retreat

I always enjoy the amenities and location of the North Coast Village, right on the beach and close to the marina, great restaurants, walking distance to the pier, and great sunsets! This vacation was another great experience, even in January. Will return again.

Great stay

Great on all counts! Communication with host brought incredibly fast responses. Check in and out were a breeze. The unit is large for a one bedroom, a bit dated, but worked perfect for us. We'd gladly go back!

Wonderful

Beautiful place, few minor improvements needed (part of shower head holder is broken so it can fall and one vase had broken glass when we arrived we just picked up the pieces). Overall, perfect for a family and comfortable safe community environment. Would 100% stay again!

We did not really get to enjoy the property. Car broke down on the way in so all our plans were altered. The shower was broken and the furniture was not very comfortable, but over all, I think it was okay. The bed in the bed room was comfortable enough. I wish we had been able to enjoy the stay more, this is not the fault of the unit at all, other than the shower.

Beach get away

Location was amazing close to beach awesome pool and spa and close to restaurants. Condo was dirty, cabinet doors were missing, something in every room was broken. The unit seemed to be severely unlevel. I dropped my chapstick and it rolled across the whole condo picking up speed as it went. No ac which was fine if you open the windows however the train that runs all night will wake you up in a panic. Had a blast the entire time just needs some serious TLC. Owner was very responsive. We had a great time overall. Would return to resort but probably not the same room.

Horribly Dirty in a wonderful community

This condo is located in a wonderful community with great proximity to the beach. It also has great amenities. But the cleanliness of the unit was completely unacceptable. We spent as little time there as possible. Dirt, stains, dust, lightbulbs out, broken cabinets, missing knobs. I planned to make Thanksgiving dinner but refused to use their supplies. It was disgusting. Anyone that feels their guests should be OK with the state of that condo should NOT be renting it out. We will go back to the community, but in another condo. It ruined our holiday. I'd actually like to talk to someone about a refund. Yes...I have pics.

The condo was dirty and there was not a lot of attention to detail. The place needs a good paint job. The master bed is falling apart but the mattress pad was disgusting. The rollaway bed is falling apart. There is a shelf in closet that is laying on the floor. Overall, the place just needs some tlc. I dont think the shower walls were cleaned before we arrived. There was a broken glass vase that should have been thrown away. Pillows all need replacing. It just was not comfortable and clean. Great communication with owners.

You get what you pay for

I travel frequently and this is the first time Ive left a not so good review. The condo is dated, rundown, stuffy, no air conditioner other than ceiling fans that blow like a tornado, broken frig shelf, hand held shower holder broken, door missing from bathroom vanity, pillows flat and hard. Having noted all that, I still might not have mentioned anything if not for the fact that the location is NOISY! The condo is directly over parking lot, street, sidewalk
all of which are constantly busy and loud and if that isnt hard enough to sleep through, the condo is RIGHT ON THE TRAIN TRACKS and OMG are those trains LOUD until around midnight! It was so bad we left a night early! So we paid for two nights and could only handle one. The condo has the cheapest price per night in the complex
now we know why
I should have thought it through more thoroughly.

Wanted to leave early

We considered staying the first night only and leaving to stay somewhere else. The place was not clean. Cobwebs everywhere, there were GOBS of hair in the shower on all the walls and every surface. The bed linens would NOT stay on the bed so we were having to redo the fitted sheet every couple hours as the mattress was FILTHY beneath. No mattress pad. Felt like sleeping on plastic on disgusting plastic. Couldn’t get the bedroom fan light to turn off so it was just “dimmed” all night. The bathroom mirror frame was falling off, the patio screen door fell off entirely and hit my husband in the back of the head. The place itself is confusing with all its levels for garages and living spaces. The only perk was the location to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Everything inside just felt grimey. We just are excited to go home.

Vacation nightmare

Please note, this review does not reflect North Coast Village as a whole. My family has been coming to this complex for the last 10 years and have always had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was an exception. We arrived late Friday night and were not aware we were staying in the dirtiest condo I have ever seen. Upon arrival, we noticed a leak with a fan blowing to dry the area, which not only presented a potential safety hazard but also caused a mildew smell throughout the property. There was no information provided regarding the WiFi password, causing additional inconvenience. We also discovered dead batteries in essential devices and had to purchase replacements ourselves. The cleanliness of the condo was appalling: ‱ The couch was visibly dirty. ‱ The bed sheets appeared unclean, with what looked like pizza sauce on them. ‱ The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned; there were pubic hairs in the shower and a booger on the wall. ‱ The vents were clogged with dust and clearly had not been cleaned recently. Visible cobs web and dust were on most of the walls. ‱ Overall, the place was visibly dirty, affecting our comfort and peace of mind. Additionally, the kitchen sink would not turn off, leading to water wastage and further inconvenience. These issues significantly impacted our stay and left us extremely disappointed and forced us to leave early. I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests.

Nice Property

Host had great communication during my stay. The only negative thing about my stay was the HOA rules. I had a day it was difficult to get in my parking spot due to other person parking on the line. Make sure to report it it happens to you so it can be fixed right away. Love that it was a 2 min walk from beach. Would stay again.

Tired but ok

The apt was nice. There was damage on the ceiling. The furnishings were ok. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom extended into the bedroom with no separation. The shower was dated and small. The linen and pillows were old and stained. The cabinets were old and needed repair. The view was parking lot and Main Street. The window had no lock. The slider door lock was rudimentary.
