Our visit was the very best from the moment we walked through the door and found a spotless, spacious living area and full kitchen with everything we would ever want to cook from cookies to a five course meal. Our host was responsive to any questions.

Perfect place for our baseball tournament and family vacation. Great location, all the necessities, close to the beach and pier and Carlsbad as well. The porch is excellent for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM! Comfortable and cozy and perfect space for our family of 4. We loved it.

This place was perfect for our group! Every couple had a comfortable queen sized bed and their own bathroom. It was very clean and thoughtfully designed! Quality furniture and decor. Annette was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lot of nice features. We especially liked the step stool and the smaller toilet seat for toddlers. The shore is close by to put your feet in and watch the waves, but a good traditional beach for a beach day is more of a drive away. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms felt resort-like.

Gem in Oceanside

Beautiful condo, great location! Lots of attention to detail including fresh cut roses. Kitchen even includes stainless steel pans instead of beat up non-stick you often find. Loved our stay and hope to come back again soon.

Great Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was steps from the shore, however if you are looking for a beach for your kids to play at then you need to drive a few minutes north or south to a sandy beach. We caught the sunset nearly every evening by watching the sun set over the ocean. Wonderful memories. You can hear the waves crashing at night from your room. We made breakfast and dinner at the house every day and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was nice and responded right away when we called her. It was actually really cold and rainy outside while we were there but the condo had heat and stayed warm enough. There is an electric fireplace but we never used it. Lots of beach chairs and beach towels to use as well, which was really great for the one day we had that the weather was good! Loved having 3 bathrooms too!Just a couple things to note:We have a small SUV and we couldn't fit inside the garage. It was no problem because we never had an issue finding another spot on the street. The owner told us it was better to back into the garage instead of pulling in, but the on street parking worked just fine for us.Very noisy neighbors upstairs, but that couldn't be helped because they had small kiddos. We were up at 6 AM every morning with the sounds of little feet pounding all through the condo. That may or may not be an issue for some. We are early risers so it wasn't an issue for us, but just FYI.We would love to stay here again. We had a really good time.

A estadia foi péssima. O anúncio dizia que a casa era para 16 pessoas, mas não havia camas para todos. Todas as camas (algumas bastante duras e desconfortáveis) eram de casal, o que dificulta uma viagem entre amigos, e os 4 quartos no primeiro andar estavam todos bastante sujos, com cheiro de mofo, superfícies com camada grossa de sujeira, os travesseiros estavam melados e algumas lâmpadas não funcionavam direito. Uma das privadas estava solta do chão e com uma parte rachada. O matagal no fundo do terreno estava completamente abandonado, ambiente bastante atrativo para diversos animais, inclusive venenosos.Mas a pior parte era o segundo andar: não faz sentido nenhum. É um único grande cômodo onde se encontram algumas das camas que ficam ao lado das mesas de refeição e da sala de estar e, logo depois, uma cozinha. Ou seja, não há o mínimo de privacidade para quem fica no segundo andar. Os postes de luz da rua ficam diretamente na cara de quem vai dormir. Mas o pior são os banheiros, que são completamente de vidro e é possível ver os chuveiros da rua. Portanto, você toma banho e tem a rua como plateia. Deplorável. Todos nós ficamos extremamente desconfortáveis, foi uma péssima experiência.

We take all guest feedback seriously, and we’re sorry this guest chose to leave a 1-star review without comment. Their reservation was made for five registered guests, and the rental agreement — which they accepted — clearly states that the maximum occupancy is six and that only registered guests may enter the property. The morning after check-in, three additional unregistered individuals arrived with luggage, in violation of both our rental agreement and the City of Oceanside’s Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy. As a result, the reservation was canceled per the terms of the agreement, and the guests were asked to vacate the property. These policies are in place to protect the safety, comfort, and expectations of all parties. We remain committed to providing a high-quality experience for all guests who follow the terms of the rental and local regulations.

You can watch the sunset over the ocean and relax at the end of your day listening to the surf break against the shore.

We are less than a mile from the Coast Highway Transit Center. The Transit Center provides access to Oceanside's major transportation hub with light rail lines including the Coaster traveling to San Diego, Metrolink traveling to Los Angeles, Amtrak traveling south to San Diego and north to San Clamente, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Bernardino County and Northern California. The Sprinter is a light rail line train system between Oceanside and Escondido.
