We didnt recieve our check in/ gate instructions until 15 min before check in time. I messaged the host like 2/ maybe 3 hours before we arrived and heard NOTHING back. I was getting worried thinking I was scammed because that had never happened before. It wasnt until we got to the gate and the guard told us that our names were not at the gate for entry (huge headache) so we had to wait at the from gate until they could get ahold of someone. the host only alots you 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (and it isn't the huge rolls, we're talkling the dollar store tiny rolls) The host told us we are only allowed 1 roll per pathroom which is listed in the writing as a "toiletry starter set" so bring your own TP if you're staying longer than 12 hours with more than 2 people. The property manager they have listed as a contact in case you need anything responded 4 hours after frantically trying to get ahold of someone to get our names on the gate as well as our other car with guests (because only the owner can add them), The floor was so dirty we all had to wear socks so our feet werent black. Zero cleaning supplies so we couldnt even mop.The kitchen sponge was an old, raggety dollar store type tiny foam sponge from probably 2-3 families before us (it was sooo gross), again, ZERO cleaning supplies, so we couldn't CLEAN anything outside of using a damp paper towel. oh and only 1 roll of paper towels was allotted for the stay, so make sure you ration the paper toiletries.
