Cette maison de montagne moderne ("COBALT") offre le luxe d'une vue sur le lac ainsi que beaucoup d'intimité. Un plan d'étage très pratique comprenant quatre chambres avec téléviseurs intelligents de 43 pouces et trois salles de bains pouvant accueillir votre groupe.

Les intérieurs du Cobalt sont spacieux, confortables et l’extérieur est encore plus agréable. Une grande salle avec foyer au gaz unique, cuisine ouverte bien équipée et salle à manger sont conçus pour un grand groupe. Et profitez de la lumière naturelle et de la télévision intelligente dans toutes les pièces, y compris la salle à manger et la cuisine, pour rendre les réunions agréables.
Une superbe terrasse avec de nombreux sièges confortables et une vue sur le lac. Cette maison de montagne moderne se trouve à proximité de Jack Frost, de Big Boulder et du parc d'État de Hickory Run, ainsi que de restaurants, de bars et de vignobles.

Vous pourrez accéder au lac, pêcher, faire de la randonnée, du paintball d'escarmouche, du rafting, du golf, du canoë-kayak, de l'équitation, du parc aquatique couvert de Split Rock et des sports d'hiver à quelques minutes à Jack Frost et Big Boulder. The cleanliness, location and the house were perfect for our group. Plenty of room for all of us. Lots of different spaces to spend our time in. Most of the amenities were very good. We had a few glitches and things that were missing for our stay.

Very clean and well appointed home. Linens provided which is great compared to other rentals we have rented. We did not use the hot tub but it seemed properly maintained and clean.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining—spacious and fully stocked. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the deck. The beds were comfortable, and everything about the stay was relaxing and convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay overall and the place was comfortable and as described. However, we were extremely disappointed with the hot tub. Although the owner stated it had been cleaned and balanced beforehand, the water was brown and had a strong unpleasant smell, making it unusable. What was most frustrating was that the owner did not seem apologetic or concerned about the issue and continued to insist it had been properly cleaned rather than addressing the problem. This was a major letdown, as the hot tub was one of the amenities we were most looking forward to.

Bachelorette Weekend

Lovely home within walking distance to dock bar, coffee house, nightclub. Warned to bring extra paper products, but there wasn’t a stitch of cleaning supplies, not even dish detergent. Also, owner strict with check in time. Thanks for sharing your home for a weekend.

The location was great with a partial lake view. A spacious house, large front deck, backyard with fire pit and hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were decent sized. Unfortunately, it did not have enough basic amenities adequate for 9 adults and 5 small children. And the closest store for supplies is a good distance away. Also, we had to scrub everything we used from the kitchen drawers and cabinets BEFORE using due to mostly everything was extremely greasy and dirty, including the grill. Not a huge deal but kind of gross.Also, the property is on the main road so not able to safely walk with small kids or a stroller. We still had a great time but I would say this property is not very family friendly but overall adequate enough for a 3 day stay.

Amazing gem of a house!

This house is awesome - no other way to describe it. Looks recently fully renovated with lots of modern features. The first floor kitchen is amazing with tons of space for storage, cooking, hanging out, etc... The kitchen table is so cool and was a popular spot. There are TVs everywhere. The back room has a great setup and a Foosball table. We were able to hang out back, played yard games, used the hot tub :) ... We also enjoyed the front deck with plenty of lounge furniture plus used the really nice grill! And you could see the lake easily. The bedrooms were very nice with plenty of room for people to sleep. There were three modern, clean bathrooms throughout the house. A huge added bonus was not having to bring our own sheets, pillows and towels, it was all provided. Wish we stayed longer!

Great big kitchen/dining area with deck

Very lovely modern house with nice open kitchen/dining room concept with lots of seating at kitchen island and accommodating long table with bench. The two suite rooms were large and other two rooms were decent size too. The main floor bathroom had a tub for bathing children. Linens/sheets were included, but only given two bath towels per bathroom. No floor mats, wash cloths or hand towels. The deck is a good size, facing the lake, with lots of comfortable seating. We were a little disappointed in the amount/quality of kitchen items (i.e. no wine opener, dish towels, cleaning supplies, whisk, cookie sheets, wine glasses) or basic kitchen items (napkins, tin foil, saran wrap, ziplock bags). Be prepared to bring a lot of your own kitchen things. Also, the AC worked really well on the mainfloor, but we were unable to get the temperatures in the bedrooms below 78deg. We did not use TV, foosball table, hot tub or firepit, so I cannot comment on those. The accessibility to the lake was a short walk across the street and down two houses. Overall, I would rent again given the few disappointments.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property was perfect for my boyfriend’s ski trip birthday weekend. Very clean, beautiful house. Location was right next to where I always ski. Jacuzzi really made the trip different! Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it took a little while for the house to heat up. Once we contacted the property manager about it he fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend a nice time in the cold weather!

Lindsey, Thank you for your review. I am glad you and your friends were able to enjoy ski trip. I am sorry about inconvenience about house not heating up, but as I explained out heat system is all programmed for regular check in and check-out time. , since you guys checked in 4 hours earlier than normal check-in time it took a little time to heat -up the house. I would definitely love to host you guys again in feature and will make sure to you won't have same problem again. Thanks Sam
