Ritz Carlton Club Vail

We stayed for 4 nights. The property is nice however the unit we were assigned was not up to par. Master bedroom carpet was stained and the shower was less than average. Patio doors would not close properly and the heating and air conditioning was very loud and hard to get to a comfortable temperature. The unit is located facing the street so the noise was terrible and I was awake every morning at 6:00 aM because of the cars passing by and/or the snow cleaners

Had a wonderful stay. Very communicative owner during and after booking process. Had no issues during the stay. Information packet from owners and property mgmt was helpful.

Stay was good but the follow up to being overages has been an awful experience.

Property is fine condo is a little dated Location is good. Part of the Ritz residence s - I was overcharged at check out for housekeeping - over a $1000 which I was told was an error and I would be refunded - am was refunded most of that amount but am still out of pocket $166 which they seem to think has been sorted out . Not happy about this. .

We had a phenomenal stay at this condo. Full access to Ritz amenities and service.

We loved our stay at the Ritz residence! Unit was very clean and super convenient to have the ski valet and shuttle fro. The Ritz. The bar and dining is only for members which was nice as restaurants were impossible to get into. The unit has more classic decor than what we expected for a mountain retreat but overall hard to find any complaints!

Twelve Nights in Paradise

Residence 212 is tasteful, gracious, and "nesty." It is beautifully furnished and thoroughly outfitted. The separate, intimate dining room led to very long dinners and conversations. We would come back.

Needs better communication

The property itself was very nice. The restaurant, pool, hot tub etc. were all good. The beds were great as was the housekeeping. The staff at the Ritz residences are very professional. The catch is that if you need anything you have to contact Berkshire Hathaway. We had trouble with the wifi password and needing the safe open and getting those problems corrected was far from seamless. Some things the Ritz could help with and some they had to refer us to Berkshire.

Lionshead Gem!

I love the convenience of staying in Lionshead, but many of the properties are dated and run down. This property was immaculate. Beautiful building, washer and dryer in the unit, convenient shuttle service, ski storage, and delightful hot tubs.

Great Lionshead stay

Overall an outstanding property. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable bath amenities. Berkshire Hathaway rep never got back to us about the WIFI password but the Ritz just gave us one for another room which worked great so whatever. Definitely stop by a grocery store and stock up on some food items and especially breakfast because with Covid no place delivers, the Ritz does not offer breakfast, and the only place nearby that has breakfast is the Little Diner which is great but you have to get in your winter gear and go pick it up yourself. That was the biggest inconvenience of the place. Being the Ritz, they absolutely should offer a breakfast delivery service. That’s what 5 stars is about and that’s what I expect when I pay for 5 stars. Pool and hot tub were great. Vail Sports is right on property so ski valet service was top notch and they have shuttle service right to Lionshead lifts during the day and dinner shuttle to Vail Village in the evening. I have no complaints about the limited shuttle service because of Covid. Overall, a very good property and if you want Lionshead as a base, it’s great.

Beautiful unit!

Great getaway- entire property is very well kept, clean and felt safe. The unit is stunning and was well stocked. Pool was fun and the Ritz staff was exceptional as usual. We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay in vail!

Shuttle bus or car service for ritz will take you anywhere, anytime! All of the staff were so helpful and accommodating! The ski and boot valet services were phenomenal! Makes you feel like you are staying at ski-in/out resort! The condo is very spacious and comfortable! Had everything anyone could want! Would definitely stay here again!
