Notre propriété est située dans la campagne de Vale do Lobo, avec un bon accès à la plage, aux supermarchés, aux restaurants et aux zones de loisirs.
Dans la propriété, nous proposons de nombreuses activités pour les plus sportifs et même des zones pour se détendre et profiter du soleil.
nous avons deux grandes maisons d'un étage sur la propriété, l'une avec 8 chambres et l'autre avec 5 chambres.
nous avons une bonne couverture internet.
Ici, vous pourrez passer d'excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis.
Les chambres sont rénovées avec un mobilier de bonne qualité.
au total, il y a 17 lits doubles et 9 lits simples
Le chauffage des piscines est un supplément de 60 € par jour et comprend des serviettes de plage.

The perfect host and stay!

Where to start? Perhaps with Carmen, as the most gracious of hosts! She helped us organise everything, had excellent local recommendations, and showed us the warm welcoming hospitality that seems common across beautiful Portugal. We can't thank and recommend her enough, as a host and an amazing person! Truly went above and beyond any expectations we ever could have had. The villa itself was perfect for our large group of friends. We hosted a wedding one day with local catering, photographer etc, spent the next day relaxing around the villa and pool, and the last day enjoying the festival in nearby Loule. The most memorable of stays!

Beautiful Wedding & Stay in Almancil!

Carmen was the most amazing host!! She was attentive and helpful with anything we needed from questions about the villa to arranging travel for day trips! We had a beach wedding in Quarteira and the reception at the villa where we stayed with friends and family. Carmen was super helpful prior to our stay with recommendations for catering and DJs. It made it so simple for us since we were coming from the United States. The best part was the caterers and DJ had already done events there prior and knew exactly what to do. It took so much stress off. I loved that the villa was in a quiet area and very private. Not to mention it was GORGEOUS and very spacious for a party of 25 people!! We were all able to spread out and have our own spaces. There were ample bathrooms and kitchens! I can’t say enough good things about the villa or Carmen! I highly recommend a stay here, it was perfection!

Stress free, fun weekend!

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my friends Hen party. From the moment we booked until we left, Carmen was amazing, she was able to offer advice, recommendations as sorting out taxis for us! She was always on hand for any questions and during the stay checked in to make sure everything was going well. The villa was perfect, as we were such a big group it was perfect to have a big communal table for meal times but then separate kitchenettes for everything else. The villa was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The supermarket was a short taxi ride away, as were villamoura and, faro, with albuferia being around 25 minutes away. We all had the most amazing weekend and I would recommend carmen and the villa!

Fantastic property and host!

We had an amazing time at Carmen's property. Our large group of friends and families had their own spaces, yet was easy to enjoy meals together. The kids spent more time in the pools than their beds whenever we weren't exploring the area. There were floaties for the pool and umbrellas for the beach. Having all the bath and pool towels was a huge help for packing. Carmen is a fantastic host and super responsive. The house had everything we needed and grocery stores were not far away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Carmen for a spectacular visit!

The pictures do not do the villas justice, absolutely amazing.

What can I say, this place is amazing. The owner Carmen is wonderful she has contact with you before and during the holiday and she can't do enough to help you. I inestly can't recommend this villa enough the place is amazing it actually looks better than the pictures if you can believe that. It was my first time in Portugal and if I go back I will be staying in these villas again. The villas are immaculate clean come with everything you need. There were 26 people on our holiday and everyone of them loved it , thank you so much Carmen for a fantastic holiday.

Fantastic property, lovely garden and pools

Lovely well kept property, very clean and very well equipped. Fantastic pools with a really nice garden and patio areas. Would suit family's and groups. The property manager is called Carmen and she cannot do enough to help make your stay perfect.

Fantastic Villa for large groups

Myself and 15 friends booked this villa for the last week in Sept 2017. Carmen the owner was fantastic from the moment we booked to when we arrived home. She kept in constant contact and was able to provide details of multiple activities close by (ex. Golf, Go-Karting, Boat Trips etc). The Villa is clean and well layed out so the "noisy" friends don't disturb the others. The 4 kitchens and especially fridges came in handy. The pool is larger than it looks and did the job. The Villa is about 7mins in a local taxi (€12-15) or Uber (£8-10) from the marina. All in all it was a great trip.

Buen alojamiento pero mal descrito en la web

La casa es buena, está en buen estado, la localización también es buena. A destacar que es cómoda y espaciosa y el yacuzi es fantástico. Lo más negativo es que está mal descrita en la web, ya que no menciona que uno de los 4 dormitorios no es independiente, es una habitación de paso a otro dormitorio. Tampoco se indica que otro dormitorio está en un sótano. A mejorar, la escasez de enchufes, hay muy pocos y falta enchufes de corriente eléctrica en lugares tan necesarios com el cuarto de baño. Con esas matizaciones, la casa es recomendable, lo pasamos muy bien los 4 matrimonios que la disfrutamos.

Perfect

Lovely, clean and spacious villa. It had everything we needed. Carmen was very helpful and informative both leading up to our stay and during. She organised airport transfers for us and her Father was waiting at the villa to meet us. Taxis are cheap and easy to flag down if you don't fancy the 30 minute walk to the marina. The supermarket is a bit closer. On the marina we ate and drank at the Mayflower, Mariscada, Gavea and Atlantic Piano Bar and would recommend all of them. On the beach we went to Buzios Beach Bar for drinks but it was extremely busy and we waited ages to be served so never ate there although the food looked lovely. Overall we were impressed with the villa. We hope to return to Vilamoura and would love to stay at this villa again :)

Muito agradável

Casa muito boa, com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Ideal para um grupo de amigos. Não muito próxima da praia, mas é um percurso que se faz bem a pé, se necessário. Piscina de água aquecida, foi óptima para um mergulho nocturno em Maio. A Carmen foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo!
