Située dans une zone isolée hautement souhaitable du quartier, votre villa vous accueille avec un plan d'étage spacieux et une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur Maui depuis votre véranda privée! Profitez de manger à l'intérieur / extérieur avec
cuisine gastronomique moderne et barbecue à gaz Wolf. Détendez-vous dans votre espace de vie ouvert et invitant. Avec un accès direct à votre bas-lanai privé depuis votre suite Master, laissez-vous aller au son du son apaisant de l’océan Pacifique.

La chambre principale est située au niveau inférieur et comprend un lit king-size, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, une douche à l'italienne, un lavabo double vasque et un dressing! Profitez de votre propre rez-de-chaussée privé, vue sur l'océan, véranda extérieure avec des chaises longues! La deuxième chambre principale est également située au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative complète. Le dernier étage comprend une chambre d'amis avec 2 lits doubles et une salle de bains privative. Le salon principal offre également une demi-salle de bain pour les invités à utiliser.

Cette maison de ville sur deux étages dispose également de la climatisation centrale, d'une grande machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, d'un garage privé, d'un abri voiture en face de l'entrée du véhicule, de chaises de plage et de serviettes de plage à utiliser à la plage ou à la piscine!

La propriété Ho'olei dispose d'une superbe piscine avec une cascade, d'une grotte, d'une plage de sable pour les enfants et de deux jacuzzis. N'hésitez pas à apporter les serviettes de plage fournies dans votre unité à la piscine! Il y a un centre de remise en forme à utiliser à côté de la piscine et un pavillon de cuisine couvert. Des massages au bord de la piscine sont également disponibles! Ceci est une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité disponible.

L'accès à la plage est situé directement de l'autre côté de la rue, en passant par le complexe adjacent. Vous pouvez dîner dans l'un des restaurants du complexe et prendre rendez-vous au spa, mais veuillez noter que l'accès à la piscine du complexe adjacent n'est pas compris dans votre réservation dans cette villa de Ho'olei.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate my mother in laws retirement. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There was plenty enough space for 6 of us to gather in the community spaces but yet have our own space. The entire community/grounds at Ho’Olei were well kept. The manager of the property was always available, responded promptly and was excellent to work with. We had everything we needed and more staying here. Would recommended it over and over again.

Villa was beautiful and had incredible sunset views! We were very happy with how clean everything was and how stocked the kitchen was with spices and appliances. It was also great having beach chairs and umbrellas to make our beach days more enjoyable! Overall would definitely recommend!

Yes, overall we really loved it. The second bedroom and the lower level really didn't have any place to store our clothes or even easily unpack our suitcases. And it would be nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and also possibly handicap bar. But we loved everything and so did our family we checked out at our left at 9:45.

Really spectacular property in a quiet community. The pool is gorgeous and the staff was so kind to my kiddo. The house is huge and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need: plenty of towels, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, kitchen was stocked, and there was a generous welcome basket. The reservations/mgmt folks at CB were also very helpful when our flight arrived early.

Our family absolutely LOVED this property. It was beautifully decorated and the view from the lanai was breathtaking! Everything a family would need for the beach and the pool was provided including a cooler, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. It was in the perfect location as well. I can’t say enough about how amazing this property is! Highly recommended!

Beautiful way to experience Maui in luxury

This property had it all, view, upscale accommodations and all the amenities you need to make your stay perfect. Our family enjoyed cooking, the pool and gym. It was an excellent experience.

Great time in Wailea!

We had an amazing time in Wailea and the proximity of our unit couldn’t have been better. It was close to shops, the best beaches and ice cream. We loved having our own private garage and the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs were an added bonus. Dinner on the lanai were amazing watching the sunset. Will definitely want to stay here again. CB was very helpful and professional throughout our stay.

The villa was immaculate and the view was incredible. We even had a lei welcome for the entire family from the property management. I highly recommend this rental!
