Each full bathroom has a deep jacuzzi tub, great for relaxing, with shower. Views of Bird Shoal across from Taylor's Creek. Smart TVs for when you are done having fun in the sun. In walking distance of the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, maritime museum, boat rentals, and other excursions.
Our unit sits above Ribeye's Restaurant, entrance to parking lot is in back of building. Parking space is Unit B.

Parking was private and mere steps away. The rooftop patio was incredible! The condo was beautiful & conveniently located to all the best of Beaufort. My husband & I were able to dock our boat across the street & could easily see it out of the window. Communication with the owner was super fast. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely property. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great Location, Views from the windows and the deck were Spectacular! It was so clean, quiet and the perfect place to stay. Having your own private parking space and being able to walk to just about anything you wanted or needed was so nice. We will be back!!Betty was very helpful, and we appreciated that.

Amazing view!

Located in the heart of Beaufort, the view of the waterfront was fantastic. The condo was comfortable and spacious for our party of four. We were steps away from good restaurants and shops. We will stay here again.

We were not feeling our best, had gotten sick from our grands but decided to go anyway. The view from the living room, bedroom and rooftop made everything fun even when we got too tired to explore.

Great location right on Front Street. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained, definitely a strong first impression.However, there were a few disappointments. The master shower did not work, and we were not notified ahead of time, which was inconvenient. The unit also lacked basic toiletries like bath soap, shampoo, and tissues, items most VRBO rentals typically include. Additionally, no coffee filters were provided, and the coffee maker required a specific type, which meant an unexpected trip to the store.Given the relatively high nightly rate, I expected a bit more in terms of amenities and communication. Overall, a great location and clean space, but a few missing essentials took away from the experience.

Wonderful location right on Front Street with front windows facing Carrot Island and all the boats docked right across from the condo building. Walking distance to great downtown restaurants like Aqua and Beaufort Grocery and others. Condo is very nice and owner was cooperative. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing View and Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is located above Ribeye's and has an amazing view of the water. The upstairs outdoor deck is also lovely!
