Bienvenue dans notre nouvelle villa de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain située dans les villas Fairway du Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Nos villas à thème de style île sont entièrement équipées et prêtes pour vos vacances !! La chambre principale a un lit king size, dressing et une salle de bain principale complète. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un lit king-size sur demande et d'une salle de bains complète juste à côté. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 et 3 tabourets au comptoir. Le salon a un grand canapé-lit (tirez sur un lit queen) 2 chaises simples et une télévision à écran plat. Vous pouvez prendre vos repas et la belle sur la véranda ainsi avec des sièges pour 4. La villa dispose de la climatisation centrale, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, de matériel de plage, d'un accès WIFI gratuit et d'un espace de stationnement couvert réservé.
Le Fairway Villas Waikoloa propose une piscine à débordement surplombant le lac King, un barbecue avec aire de pique-nique et un centre de remise en forme.
Notre villa est à distance de marche du Queen’s Marketplace et du King’s Shops pour les restaurants et les magasins. La plongée avec tuba et la natation se trouvent à proximité (10 minutes à pied du condo) à Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Les anciens sentiers de pétroglyphes se trouvent également à proximit��.
Le Waikoloa Beach Resort dispose de 2 parcours de golf: le parcours de plage conçu par Robert Trent Jones, Jr. et le parcours du roi conçu par Tom Weiskopf.

Great quiet location on a nice golf course

We loved this property, and look forward to returning someday. It's away from the big cities, in a quiet peaceful area which is what we wanted. There are is a lot of shopping and services nearby, but it doesn't feel busy. The discount pricing at the Waikoloa golf course was great. The unit was well maintained and had a great view over looking the course.

Perfect family condo

The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and there were also beach chairs, toys and towels in the closet for our use. Excellent experience over all.

Great for golf and the beach

Very happy with the location - close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The golf discount was great. Overall I would recommend the vacation rental. Only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating was that the condo could use some updating including new furniture in the living room and a new mattress. Silverware and bed linens could also be refreshed.

Great home base for work vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa had everything we needed from cooking to going to the beach. Work desk area and secured WiFi worked perfectly. We walked to the restaurants located close by at the King Shops daily and to also grab some amazing kona coffee. Michelle at Kohala Coast Properties was so helpful through our entire stay and we will definitely book with her again.

Hawaiian Vacation

The condo is bright and clean. The kitchen isn’t super well equipped with much than pots and pans. No blender or extra appliances. But it’s quiet, has a nice view, and equipped with plenty of beach chairs. The pool area is small and gets crowded, not enough seats for the amount of people, but it’s a nice area. Close to golf and shopping.

Although you need to drive to the beaches, the golfing is very reasonable particularly with the discount associated with this unit. The location of the Fairway Villas is very convenient and we used the pool a lot. My only critisim is the noise you can hear between floors which you get with all the units. J21 was more upgraded than the others our friends were staying in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager, Michelle, in particular, was great to work with and super efficient. This is one of the first developments in Waikola. The AC may have been a later addition, so it was quirky and worked best if the door to the living room was open and the fan over the bed on, too. Also, there's no door between the bathroom and the master bedroom. Nice covered carport space.

Another enjoyable stay at Fairway Villas

We have stayed at many Fairway Villa units over the last nearly 20 years and always enjoyed our stays. The location of the units is perfect, and this unit has a great view of the golf course and sunsets. Overall, the unit functioned adequately although the Wi-Fi didn’t initially work until fixed the next day. The washing machine required a repairman who came in a very timely manner. The kitchen amenities could use upgrading, including dishes and especially cookware. The beach supplies were great and used regularly. Overall, another lovely visit to Fairway Villas.

However, we were disappointed when a very noisy group moved into the condo below us during the last 5 days of our stay. Every morning (early) they had little kids up yelling and running around on the ground floor patio. Our morning veranda coffee time was cut short due to the noice factor. We decided it was easier to stay inside. During the evening ours the loud noise continued with beer parties going on outside. Not such a quiet and peaceful place for us this trip. The condo furnishings are very worn and dated. The carpeting and rugs are very worn. We suggest the condo owner seriously consider some updating of these items. We did like the proximity to the pool and services.

At first glance we thought the condo was good. But we soon realized the tile floors weren’t clean. I noticed my husbands feet from going barefoot were filthy! Master bath tile really needed a good cleaning and grout in master shower needs cleaning. Kitchen needed more regular size forks. Couldn’t say enough about Michelle Coupe being so helpful! Wonderful manager. Didn’t want to trouble her with complaints while there.

Reviewer Comments: The twin beds were uncomfortable, need new pillows, some kitchen items need to be replaced (rusty baking sheets, very dull knives), and certain things should be provided to last the length of rental, i.e. dishwasher tabs, toilet paper. Golf rate was awesome since owner had membership.

Perfect for our needs

The condo is in a great location to explore the Big Island. It’s very comfortable and well stocked. Appreciated the multiple beach chairs, beach towels and coolers, all in very good shape. Michelle is very responsive and a great communicator. I highly recommend this property.

Stay here!

This place was perfect, description was accurate. Well stocked and updated. Had a cooler, beach towels and chairs. Quiet. Covered parking. Neighbors friendly and never heard them once inside. View of golf course was peaceful in the morning for breakfast. If I were to come back to Hawaii, this is where I would stay.

Reviewer Comments: Very good. Location was great, easy to walk anywhere in Waikaloa Resort and to the beach. Well supplied with beach chairs, etc. Two minor issues. I would upgrade the old internet router. We had 5 of us connected and connections dropped constantly. We had to work a few days and that was a problem. Also, the air conditioner on the deck was unusually loud and vibrated excessively. Conversation was impossible when sitting outside and it kicked on until it stopped. Other than those two overall minor and easy to fix issues, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.
