Quiet slice of Paradise in the City

Exactly as described and close to so many things

My husband, two kids (12,9) and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need was there, comfortable beds, cozy living area where we watched movies and played games. Parking in the street was plentiful and easy to get everything we had planned. I must say…we loved the lemons!! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This property was a relaxing place for myself, husband, and family friends. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. The host were very nice as well as the neighbors. Within the hustle and bustle that is LA, Lily's Burbank Bungalow is an amazing escape. Perfectly safe location, nicely appointed with space and comfort, plus an outside area for your private use. I was only surprised that there was not a full oven, but I'm a cook. A DeLonghi toaster oven is sufficient for small meals should you be inclined. I will be back and can't wait to ride on the bikes provided. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Good stays but a few issues

We visited LA in June 2023. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking. But there were a few of issues. First, when you first walk in there was an unpleasant stale smell in the house. We tried to air it out, but the smell was there any time we left the windows closed and AC off for a prolonged period time. The smell seemed to come from the sink drains; plugging the drains helped reduced the smell, but not eliminate it. Second, the fitted bedsheets in the master bedroom are too old would always come off the bed in the middle of the night. This was frustrating as we would wake in the middle of the night and have to readjust the bedsheets. Third, the windows don’t open in either of the bedrooms, so there is no way to get fresh air. Also, you have to keep the curtains closed in the bedrooms as they face the owner’s backyard.
