Venez vous détendre et vous détendre. nous avons pensé à tout. Faites griller du saumon dans la cour privée ou promenez-vous au centre-ville. Plusieurs parcs accessibles à pied. Host forgot about our reservation

Host was not prepared for our stay despite multiple payments and communications prior to arrival. No instructions for check in were sent and we had trouble getting in touch when we arrived. Then they said it wasn’t ready and it would be 1.5 hours until their cleaner could have it ready for us. This was after a full day of driving from Homer with 2 young kids. We booked an alternative place and stayed elsewhere thankfully.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Our group of 6 had a comfortable stay. However, to accommodate 6 adults is a stretch as the living room only has sofa and not sofa bed. 4 people is perfect. Kitchen & wifi was great. No other complaint otherwise

Tara was very helpful. She left snacks for us and offered suggestions during our stay. Definitely appreciated the toiletries that were available for our us. The property was conveniently located and we were very comfortable. I would return to this property if visiting Anchorage again.

Great Place!

We were fortunate to stay here twice during our Alaska travels. This is one of the best rentals we have ever had. The space is well organized with good light and is very well stocked right down to the Nespresso machine and milk frother. The location is an easy walk to downtown and 2 blocks away from great sunsets (and train watching). Tara was wonderful to work with and was supportive and helpful when our departure was affected by weather. I would highly recommend staying here!

Tara was an excellent host. She let us know well in advance the location and how to get into her property. Instructions were very clear. The place was as described and location was great. I would definitely recommend her place if you need a place in Anchorage.

Short stay with great service

A one night stay brings a different dynamic, you have to get answers to your requests faster: where can we buy fresh sea food, can we get more towels, how to get a taxi early in the morning. The owner was quick with feedback which made our stay that much nicer.

Great amenities in a great location

The owner of this property, Tara, goes above and beyond to make staying here a great experience. The home allowed a great space for our family to relax while we were visiting Anchrage for a few days before a cruise. Beautiful neighborhood that is walkable to downtown Anchrage.

Everything you need for Alaska-even chocolate!

This place is fabulous! It was spotless and comfortable and the energy flowing through it was fantastic. Who says about bathroom toiletries ‘use it and if you need more, take it with you!?’ They do! Such a great place!

Great location

We recently stayed at South Addition at the beginning and end of our vacation. Communication with Tara was awesome. Always quick with any responses. Location to downtown was perfect, close to all shopping and restaurants. The Coastal trail is just a few minutes walk away and definitely something to take advantage of. Perfect central location for exploring

The property was clean, well equipped and centrally located for exploring Anchorage. Everything was within walking distance for us. The owner had an organized folder of local activities, which made planning our day, easy. The owner had helpful notes everywhere explaining where things were and how to operate appliances. Definitely would come back!

Amazing

Tara was Amazing!!! She went above and beyond to do what she could for us while in anchorage- very responsive and the VRBO was so cozy! We only wish we could have enjoyed more down time there! I’m an awesome location about 15 minutes from airport and close to practically all one would need to enjoy anchorage!

Great for a short stay.

My wife and I used this as a stop coming back from Brooks Falls. It gave us a chance to get laundry done, have a nice meal and just get some rest. The check in process was easy and everything worked great.

Bootlegger Cove is easily one of the most quaint and desirable areas of Anchorage. Beautiful area to walk in with plenty to see and quiet, respectful neighbors. You can walk to the nicest areas of downtown's retail district within 5 or 10 minutes, and yet when you get back to the condo you feel like you are in a private and secluded spot.

Private yard, nice gas grill, great sun in the afternoon and evenings, very relaxing and comfortable spot.
