Waterfront Vacation Home - L'emplacement est parfait pour tout!

Surplombant la magnifique baie de Covehead, sur l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard. Nous sommes Ă  une minute des parcs nationaux de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, qui fournissent des kilomĂštres de sable, de dunes et d’ocĂ©an le long de la cĂŽte nord, ainsi que de deux des plages les plus renommĂ©es de l’üle, Stanhope et Brackley. La passerelle situĂ©e autour de Stanhope est juste devant notre porte. Il se connecte au quai de Stanhope et au phare de Covehead, ainsi qu'aux parcs nationaux. Promenez-vous au phare de Covehead pour regarder le coucher de soleil alors que toute une gamme de couleurs transforme le ciel!

Bill was very responsive to questions and needs. The layout and TV area were great for our needs. Property was in great location for our daily adventures—being on the north shore which is less developed but close to Charlottetown. Thanks Bill — we had a great week!

The location is amazing and the house is spacious with plenty of space. We really enjoyed it! Minor points: kitchen utensils were not well cleaned and we had to clean them again, microwave was broken, bathrooms had nothing but soap. Some areas could use a better cleaning. Yet, it was a pleasant stay.

This waa a lovely house. The host, Bill Yang, was very friendly and cordial. The beds were wonderful, linens were fresh.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!THE POSITIVES: The location of this house is perfect - close to beaches and a beautiful view of the ocean from both Living Rooms! Bill the owner/manager was very good in communicating.NOT SO POSITIVE: The photos this house must be old, because the house is very dated and not in great condition (as per photos). - There is only one operational entry door, which we know this was a hazard in case of emergency (fire?).- Although well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and small appliances, the Kitchen is very dated. There is a relatively new fridge and stove, but the rest of the appliances are very dated. - The house needs a lot of cleaning - floors and baseboards. There were spiderwebs (with resident spider) hanging off the dining room light, the microwave is very greasy. Also many earwigs everywhere.- Broken furniture, not enough towels, no bathing/showering products except a couple small hotel bars, only the diffuser found from a blow dryer (?).- Would recommend a screen for the skylights (over the beds) for night time.We hate to leave any negative comments, but we feel people should know the condition of these premises and what to expect. There need to be a few tweaks and it really will be a lovely place to stay in.

Loved the location and the view. Stanhope beach was magnificent. Bill very welcoming.Kitchen supplies good. Only 6 dining chairs for 11 guests. Only 1 entrance and exit so disturbed folks resting on pullout bed. Lots of earwigs

Cannot beat this location, close to great beaches, and the view was incredible. Lots of room for a large group. We were traveling with children so having Netflix and laundry on-site was helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything or had questions. Would definitely return.

Great View

A long weekend stay for the Charlottetown Seafood Festival. 25 minutes away. Plenty of space for an even bigger family. 2 bathrooms were bonus. Bbq and kitchen facilities were clean and ready to use.

The house is well equipped

The house is not children friendly with electrical plugs coming out of the floor, needed more towels. Otherwise very good. Needs a little more cleaning, lots of dust under furniture and spider webs on cupboards. The kitchen table was very wobbly, we fixed it with two knives to tighten and good to go.

Great location, amazing views

Cottage was in a quiet, lovely part of PEI, minutes away from quiet beautiful beaches. Very different and welcoming vibe than the hustle and bustle of Cavendish. The view from the deck and front rooms were unbeatable. Bill was a prompt and clear communicator and the cottage was spotless and spacious.

Beautiful view of the water

We were a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 children of 4 & 5 years old) who stayed here for a couple days in early August. The property manager was very polite and quick to communicate with us. The check in and ch checkout process was fast and easy. The view was absolutely lovely too.

Relaxing place

Nice place to stay if you want to relax, close to the beach is the reason why we chose this place. The only thing that we're surprise is the owner/caretaker thought that check out is 10am, and all of us have bed bug bite.

It’s a bit dated, they have done a few upgrades inside but the outside needs help. Overall ok place. Can’t complain, got everything you need. The host was super good at communicating!! Thank you!

A great cottage

This cottage was a great getaway. It was a good central spot between Charlottetown (20 min away) and Cavendish (about 25 minutes away) and the beach was 2 minutes away. The cottage itself was great. We loved that there were 2 living rooms so people could get quiet time if needed. Bill was great; super responsive and helpful! My comments for improvement: - it would be nice if there were some basic cooking ingredients like oil and some spices; - we were always washing spoons so it’s not a bad idea to add a few to at least match the max capacity of the house; - the table top needs to be tightened down. Overall, we’d definitely stay there again! Thanks Bill!!
