Si vous recherchez la vraie expĂ©rience de vie au bord d'un lac dans un budget limitĂ©, ces cabines de 864 pieds carrĂ©s offrent tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances rĂ©ussies. L'emplacement est fantastique, nichĂ© au cƓur de maisons et de propriĂ©tĂ©s de plusieurs millions de dollars. Il est presque difficile de croire que ce petit bijou existe encore ici.

La cour privĂ©e est peuplĂ©e de grands arbres et offre une grande plage de sable naturelle avec une grande crique / Ăźle. La cabine elle-mĂȘme a une vieille cheminĂ©e en pierre trĂšs soignĂ©e, un mobilier confortable et des lits, est propre et fraĂźchement peint Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Il est bien approvisionnĂ© en cafĂ© gratuit, Ă©pices, ustensiles de cuisine, draps, serviettes et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est approvisionnĂ© en eau en bouteille / glace pour votre arrivĂ©e.

Il y a une télévision dans les deux chambres ainsi que le salon avec Netflix pour en profiter. YouTube TV également dans le salon et la deuxiÚme chambre. WiFi pour vos autres appareils.

Profitez de votre café du matin gratuit dans la salle à grand écran ou sur le pont en regardant les canards, les oies et le troupeau occasionnel de cerfs. Bien que tentant, nous vous demandons de ne nourrir aucun d'eux s'il vous plaßt :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! Scott is a wonderful host, we just couldn’t ask for better communication!

The view is amazing from both the large screened in porch and the spacious dock. The water was warm and so clean. And the kayaks are in great shape and easily accessible.

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely lakeside cabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the lake. We did more cooking than usual this time and the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The convenience of kayaks at the house makes it convenient to hop on the lake whenever the mood strikes. Great view of the sunset from the dock. Wonderful host! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. The attention to detail, even adding a birthday welcome since we were there for my husband's birthday was so appreciated. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed grilling each night, fishing and being on the private beach during the days. Gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the owners - this place is a gem.

The location and coziness of this cabin was top-notch. The welcome basket and coffee bar was also a nice unexpected bonus. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week. Having the beach, dock and water toys made the outdoor experience just perfect. We spent most of our week outside. The only issue we had were ants around the kitchen sink/counter but aside from being a little annoying, it wasnt that big of a deal. We would definitely come back again.

What a wonderful place! The cozy cabin is everything we expected and more. Scott’s southern hospitality is unsurpassed. He even bought a recliner for my 87 year old father in law to sleep in as he cannot lay horizontal, making his trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Beautiful. The beach is awesome , the pier was awesome..I would definitely recommend it. I really want to rent this Home again..Just very relaxing There are Deer that visit every day..No washer or dryer. But that was fine.

Great Spot

The search ended when we discovered Lake Norman, North Carolina to raise our family with my wife Sandy and 2 boys. Full Disclosure - I am helping my friend rent this property until he is ready to build his dream home. The added bonus is the super cool antique cottage that graces it's shoreline. I used to live across the street from this cabin for over 13 years and spent many a day swimming at the beach, playing poker and horseshoes, fishing off the dock, and relaxing with a cocktail around a fire. It's a fantastic place to experience Lake Norman set in an incredible location. It's the perfect place to stay and play, with the dock available for you to use whether you rent or bring your own watercraft. Kayaks are provided, fishing poles, and everything inside you could need.

Located down an original lake road in the heart of The Point Community that Features the Trump International Golf Club Charlotte. You get to enjoy all the beauty when driving into the property and then enjoying your own heavily wooded and private cabin with a great cove view. It's one of the few properties on the lake with a natural sandy beach. The owner also created a sandy beach on shore to enjoy which is being professionally beachscaped spring of 2021. You can't go wrong vacationing in this property for almost what it costs to stay in a stuffy hotel.
