Charmante cabane originale du lac normand dans un excellent emplacement

Si vous recherchez la vraie expérience de vie au bord d'un lac dans un budget limité, ces cabines de 864 pieds carrés offrent tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances réussies. L'emplacement est fantastique, niché au cœur de maisons et de propriétés de plusieurs millions de dollars. Il est presque difficile de croire que ce petit bijou existe encore ici.

La cour privée est peuplée de grands arbres et offre une grande plage de sable naturelle avec une grande crique / île. La cabine elle-même a une vieille cheminée en pierre très soignée, un mobilier confortable et des lits, est propre et fraîchement peint à l'intérieur. Il est bien approvisionné en café gratuit, épices, ustensiles de cuisine, draps, serviettes et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le réfrigérateur est approvisionné en eau en bouteille / glace pour votre arrivée.

Il y a une télévision dans les deux chambres ainsi que le salon avec Netflix pour en profiter. YouTube TV également dans le salon et la deuxième chambre. WiFi pour vos autres appareils.

Profitez de votre café du matin gratuit dans la salle à grand écran ou sur le pont en regardant les canards, les oies et le troupeau occasionnel de cerfs. Bien que tentant, nous vous demandons de ne nourrir aucun d'eux s'il vous plaît :)

À l'heure du déjeuner, allumez le barbecue Gas Weber ou le charbon de bois pour cuisiner vos plats préférés. Des fers à cheval, des fléchettes, un trou à maïs et des jeux de société vous divertiront lorsque vous en aurez assez de nager dans le lac.

Le quai privé offre un coin salon et 2 ports jetski à votre disposition si vous louez ou apportez votre propre motomarine. Grande pêche ici aussi avec des cannes et du matériel fourni pour votre usage. 3 kayaks avec un double pour votre usage.

If you want lake front, large private yard and huge beach area this is your spot. The screen in porch added another room to enjoy the view of the lake. The cabin offers old charm character feel. We enjoyed your recommendation on restaurants, and we loved Lowes Grocery! Thanks for some new memories in Mooresville

Are stay was everything we could hsve wished for, quiet, clean and right on the lake. Nothing was to far away as far as food or entertainment. Scott was great about being in contact during the process of check in and really let us enjoy our time but responsive if we needed anything at all. Would 100% come back again!

We had a great time spending 2 nights at the cozy cabin. It was so relaxing and peaceful , we were greeted by unexpected visitors a herd of dear around the property which is very cool experience! We caught a lot of cat fish and enjoyed kayaking around the lake! The host is very responsive to questions and very informative , the property has everything we needed from kayaks, paddle board, water tubes, even complementary coffee and wine! We were happy with pur stay and definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! Scott is a wonderful host, we just couldn’t ask for better communication!

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely lakeside cabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the lake. We did more cooking than usual this time and the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The convenience of kayaks at the house makes it convenient to hop on the lake whenever the mood strikes. Great view of the sunset from the dock. Wonderful host! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. The attention to detail, even adding a birthday welcome since we were there for my husband's birthday was so appreciated. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed grilling each night, fishing and being on the private beach during the days. Gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the owners - this place is a gem.

My name is Scott Jarvis and I'm a local Realtor here at Lake Norman, I have lived in 3 distinct locales (Detroit, Phoenix, Charlotte) and have developed a deep appreciation for the value and importance of choosing the right location to call home. While living in Phoenix, my passion for lake living sent our family on a crusade spanning 10 years and 15 states searching for the perfect lake life location. The search ended when we discovered Lake Norman, North Carolina to raise our family with my wife Sandy and 2 boys. Spending the past 17 years in the Lake Norman area, I'm intimately familiar, passionate and knowledgeable about this local paradise. Just ask me anything and I'll be glad to help! I'll personally make sure you have a great stay.

Full Disclosure - I am helping my friend rent this property until he is ready to build his dream home. The added bonus is the super cool antique cottage that graces it's shoreline. I used to live across the street from this cabin for over 13 years and spent many a day swimming at the beach, playing poker and horseshoes, fishing off the dock, and relaxing with a cocktail around a fire. It's a fantastic place to experience Lake Norman set in an incredible location. It's the perfect place to stay and play, with the dock available for you to use whether you rent or bring your own watercraft. Kayaks are provided, fishing poles, and everything inside you could need.

Located down an original lake road in the heart of The Point Community that Features the Trump International Golf Club Charlotte. You get to enjoy all the beauty when driving into the property and then enjoying your own heavily wooded and private cabin with a great cove view. It's one of the few properties on the lake with a natural sandy beach. The owner also created a sandy beach on shore to enjoy which is being professionally beachscaped spring of 2021. You can't go wrong vacationing in this property for almost what it costs to stay in a stuffy hotel.
