Appartement exclusif de 2 chambres avec piscine, terrasse et jardin.

Intérieurs: l'appartement dispose de 2 chambres, une suite et une double, toutes avec placards. Grande salle à manger, deux salles de bain. La cuisine est équipée d'ustensiles complets pour 6 personnes, grille-pain électrique, cuisiniÚre électrique (bouilloire), micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle etc. Il dispose du chauffage, de la télévision par satellite et d'un lecteur DVD et d'un coffre-fort. Pour les enfants, il dispose d'un lit bébé et d'une chaise haute.
Extérieur: garage pour 2 véhicules, jardin, piscine communautaire. Sur la terrasse, hamacs, parasol, table et chaise pour 6 personnes.
Services: piscine, entretien du jardin, changement des serviettes et nettoyage deux fois par semaine.

Ideal location for a relaxing break

Our first time to Tenerife in many years and first time to the north of the island. The property was as described and provided us with a well located base for the town and restaurants without the need to go to the busier front of the town.

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment with a large sunbathing space in a nice area. Supermarket and cafes/restaurants around the corner. Juan Luis, the manager, was easily contactable and very helpful. Would recommend.

Stunning apartment.

A beautiful apartment decorated with style and taste and located in the midst of other similar properties. The patio area is huge and stretches from the back and around the side giving access to the sun for as long as you would want. The exterior at the rear is also very attractive and clearly well looked after. It was a joy.

Muy bueno apartamento muy bien equipado. Las terrazas son muy grandes y cĂłmodas. La piscina y a zonas comunes son muy bonitas. Lo Ășnico que falta es una lavadora en el apartamento cuando uno se queda 2 semanas o mas y con niños. El dueño es muy agradable y disponible cuando hace falta.

Einfach perfekt

Eine der besten oder gar die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Sehr gerĂ€umig, sowohl das Wohnzimmer, als auch die Terrassen, mit Blick zum Teide. Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, nicht abgewohnt und ruhig. Die in der NĂ€he parkenden Busse haben uns nicht gestört. Super sind die wenigen Schritte zum Einkaufszentrum Tu Trebol mit BĂ€cker und Waschsalon. Sofern man sich auf Teneriffa und mit dem Busverkehr auskennt, ist kein Auto erforderlich, man kommt in jede Ecke fĂŒr wenig Geld und mit kurzer Taktung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Quiet location on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. Plenty varied restaurants nearby with supermarket very close for any essentials. While OAPS we enjoyed walking down/up to the town. Nice walk along the shore front. We would come back to this property which is well appointed.

Wer kurze Wege zum Essen und Baden liebt, gleichzeitig aber gern fĂŒr sich ist, ist mit diesem Appartement gut beraten. Wir konnten alle alltĂ€glichen Dinge fußlĂ€ufig erledigen. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge nutzten wir unseren Leihwagen. In der Anlage war es sehr ruhig. Selbst unsere halberwachsenen Jungen fĂŒhlten sich sehr wohl. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Great apartment in a great area

A really nice apartment with huge outdoor patio spreading around three sides, so perfect for either sun or shade at any time of day. The general landscaping and pool areas are very beautiful and immaculately cared for. There were just the two of us staying so the apartment was perfect, very spacious and comfortable, and the weekly cleaning service was excellent. The kitchen is the only room that is quite small, and there is no washing machine. This did not bother us at all, the fridge, freezer, and dishwasher all worked perfectly, and we did not do any cooking. The location is great, a two minute walk from a very good supermarket & panaderia, and one more minute to the restaurants and shops of La Paz. The centre of Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely twenty five minute walk (or a few minutes by car) downhill, including about 250 steps. Near the bottom of the steps the Tapas Bar El Camino is highly recommended. The walk back up takes longer, but there are plenty of bars and seats to take a rest from the climb. Some guests suggest taking a taxi back, but we are in our seventies and walked every time. If you enjoy eating out, the town is perfect. The main TF5 Autopista is just a five minute drive away for good access to visit other parts of this beautiful island. We will definitely return to this lovely apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, schlechte Lage!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vierfamilienreihenhaus, dass wiederum zu einer ca. 50 Parteien umfassenden 2- 3 stöckigen Wohnanlage gehört. Diese ist sehr gepflegt, verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Swimmingpool und eine schöne Bepflanzung. Die Verwalter vor Ort sprechen die deutsche Sprache und sind sehr bemĂŒht. Die RĂŒckzahlung der Kaution war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Umgehungsstraße und an einem Busparkplatz. Die BeeintrĂ€chtigung durch den StraßenlĂ€rm ist erheblich und verleidet den Aufenthalt auf der schönen und großen Terrasse. Die Fenster haben Einfachverglasung und keine Dichtungen. FahrzeuggerĂ€usche sind auch in den Schlafzimmern hörbar. Es ist sehr schade, dass durch die LĂ€rmbeeintrĂ€chtigung der Wohnwert, der wirklich tollen Wohnung, erheblich gemindert wird.

PERFECT

We very much enjoyed both this property and the town. Huge indoor and outdoor space. Very clean and very quiet. Short walk to a medium sized pool which nobody used apart from us. As a family of 4 we could happily live there forever! La Paz has lots of restaurants is a 5 minute walk and a large Spanish supermarket 2 minutes. Nice walk into Puerto de la cruz is 25 minutes down hill. Taxi is 5 E including tip. Being in Puerto has made a nice change for us from always staying in Playa de las Americas. On this holiday we stayed 1 week in Puerto de la cruz and 1 week in Playa de las Americas which was a nice mix for us. We would like to stay in Puerto de la cruz again and would look no further than this rental.

Wunderschönes Ferienappartement

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienappartement und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit und die exklusive Einrichtung. Auch in der KĂŒche waren alle erforderlichen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um AusflĂŒge auf der ganzen Insel zu unternehmen. Der wunderschöne Pool lĂ€dt außerdem zum Schwimmen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Sehr schöne gerÀumige saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, sehr sauber, sehr schön. zu verbessern : das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer muss ausgetauscht werden, man kann sich nicht im Bett umdrehen ohne schreckliche GerĂ€usche. Und vielleicht kennzeichnen welcher MĂŒll in welche Tonne muss. Sehr positiv: Die Fam. Ruiz war sehr hilfsbereit als ich sie anrufen musste, da ich einen Unfall hatte. Der Pool ist einfach toll und im Mai hatten wir ihn fĂŒr uns allein.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Bilder haben nicht Zuviel versprochen! Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Besondern die frischen Blumenbuketts in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse sind zu erwÀhnen. QualitÀt der Ausstattung ist hochwertig :-).

Nice overall

We were staying in this apartment with 2 friends , the rooms look exactly as they do in the posted pictures however the picture of he second bathroom hasn't been included which is tired and needs refurbishment. Apartment ideal for 2 people until the second bathroom is brought up to scratch .We were only supplied with baby towels, to young to be away from their Mother. Eventually we were given full size bath towels by the cleaner 2 days before departure. Apart from the old bathroom and tiny kitchen without a washing machine , But the living room is very spacious , the apartment has a lovely outdoor space and access to a well- maintained garden with a small communal swimming - pool . The apartment was originally booked for our two friends but we upgraded to 4 people later . Very fast Wifi . .

A beautiful and well-placed property.

First time in northern Tenerife, which didn't disappoint. Weather often cloudy but warm enough. Very busy everywhere. Parking often difficult. It was a very comfortable and spacious apartment inside and out. Beautiful grounds with flowers of all kinds.Everything was well-presented and as described. The outside space could easily cater for all sorts of weather and a larger group. The key handover and leaving was smooth. The location was easy for local shops and a downhill walk to the sea-front of around 20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great base for exploring the island. So many hills and narrow streets! Not to be missed: Puenta Teno lighthouse, Laguna de San Cristobal, Orotava, Garachico. Serious hikes upto Teno Alto, although you can reach it by car and Rambla del Castro, plus the hike down from Sta Ursula to the sea (Wow!). Plenty of winding roads, with serious views. Don't forget to explore Puerto de la Cruz, which was very lively at Fiesta time-Festival of Masks. Also Botanical Gardens. Would recommend the apartment and the resort.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit viel Sonne

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Balkon wenn man zuhause bleiben will ist einfach grossartig. In den Betten lĂ€sst sich gut schlafen. Badezimmer sind neuwertig und sauber. Die Wohnung war so wie abgebildet. Alles hat vorbildlich geklappt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ideal wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, auch mit dem Auto einfach erreichbar.
