Bear Wall'r Bus in the Blue Ridge s'adresse aux amateurs de tout-terrain et de plein air à la recherche d'un hébergement confortable avec une ambiance de camping. Nous sommes situés à proximité de sentiers d'aventure tels que Hurricane Ridge (Bear Wall'r) et Max Patch, ainsi que de manèges pavés tels que Hwy. 209 (The Rattler) et Blue Ridge Parkway. Nous sommes à 25 minutes du centre-ville de Waynesville & Maggie Valley, à 45 minutes de Hot Springs & Asheville. Si vous aimez les paysages de montagne où les étables et les vaches sont plus nombreuses que les voisins, alors nous sommes le bus qui vous convient.

LA PROPRIÉTÉ: Bear Wall'r Bus est situé dans le reculé Fines Creek, près de Max Patch Road. Nous proposons un dortoir avec 2 lits jumeaux dans deux chambres séparées. Le bus dispose d'une cuisine complète avec les équipements de base fournis, d'un coin bar et bistro et d'une salle de bain avec douche complète. VIE PRIVÉE: Le bus est situé sur appx. 2 hectares clôturés, principalement entourés d'arbres. Le bus est suffisamment isolé pour que vous ayez votre propre espace privé, en particulier dans les aires de pique-nique et de feu de camp en plein air. Nous vivons sur la propriété adjacente, mais il y a tellement d'arbres que le seul moment où vous nous verrez est lorsque nous sommes à la grange, qui se trouve sur une propriété séparée et clôturée - mais nous sommes toujours là pour vous aider si vous en avez besoin. nous.

ENVIRONNEMENT ET TEMPS DE CONDUITE: Nous sommes situés à proximité de sentiers d'aventure tels que Hurricane Ridge (Bear Wall'r), Harmon's Den & Max Patch et des manèges pavés tels que Hwy. 209 (The Rattler) et Blue Ridge Parkway. Amazing Stay

What a wonderful property! Far enough away from everything that all you heard was quiet around the campfire and only 25 minutes from anything you could need (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, etc). Pennie and Todd were wonderful hosts and thought of everything we could need! Everything was very clean and well maintained… we loved the bus and loved the area… we will be back!

A peaceful stay in a unique property!

These hosts have gone above and beyond to cater to your every need! What a fun, well thought out, unique property this is. The entire property is clean and well maintained, very well stocked kitchen if you desire to cook. Lovely outside area in a beautiful mountain setting.

Extreme Glamping

Merriam-Webster says that Glamping is outdoor camping with amenities and comforts (such as beds, electricity, and access to indoor plumbing) not usually used when camping. This place is Glamping on steroids! The BearWall'r Bus is an example of artistry that you can be a part of. You will experience Todd and Pennie's utmost thoughtfulness. When they designed this place they truly put themselves in the shoes of their guest and said, "what would I like if I were staying here?" It's the little things and there are so many little things... You're going to love it! My wife, two teenage daughters, and I loved it!

Amazing Mountain Getaway

This was a fantastic place to stay in the mountains! It was a true work of art. There is no detail left undone! The Bear Wall'r Bus is so much fun and inspiring to stay in. You will love every minute when you return from great outdoor adventures that abound in this secluded gem! Todd and Pennie could not be more gracious and welcoming. The beds are comfy and the outdoor grill and camp fire circle round off a perfect getaway. The views are spectacular. It is sure to be our new home away from home. Our 10 year old son will grow up with memories he will never forget. Thanks to these wonderful people who have generously shared this gift with my family.

Born and raised as flat-landers in northern IL and then as residents of central FL for many years, we felt the mountains calling. After vacationing in the rural mountains of western NC, we knew we had to live there. We motorcycle often and the roads and scenery around this area are some of the best in the country.

Todd is also a dual-sport rider who enjoys bike trips with other riders, sometimes with camping gear strapped to their machines. It is from this love of riding and camping that Bear Wall'r Bus was born. What if you could ride to your lodging, have a comfortable bed, and still feel like you're camping? What if all you had to bring was your bike and your clothes? So it is our aim that whether you ride in, trailer in, or don't bring a motorcycle at all, you'll enjoy the beauty and peace of the mountains in a quirky school bus that will make you feel right at home.

The Fines Creek area of western NC is the perfect blend of privacy and rustic charm. Instead of the constant noise of traffic or nearby residents, we hear the rushing of the nearby creek, bird song and the lowing of cows. Visiting friends and relatives always comment that "it is so quiet here" or "I haven't heard a car in hours." And the view is always changing: shrouded in mist, setting sun against a faraway slope, the moon rising over the ridgeline. And the stars--no light pollution here. To be here is to be at peace.

We are located near adventure trails such as Hurricane Ridge (Bear Wall'r), Harmon's Den & Max Patch, and paved rides such as Hwy. 209 (The Rattler) and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are 36 miles from West Asheville and close to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. If you like mountain scenery where barns & cows outnumber neighbors, then we're the bus and cabin for you. We can even help with motorcycle routes and simple bike repairs, if needed.
