Grand plafond voûté, maison à aire ouverte. La cour clÎturée privée a 4 arbres fruitiers, foyer et grand espace extérieur.

La maison a 2 bds / 2 salles de bain avec plan d'étage divisé, avec lit King size en master et Queen size dans la 2Úme chambre. La chambre principale a un grand dressing, la salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision de 50 pouces, qui diffuse, Netflix, Hulu, HBO et cùble cox.
La maison est équipée de Google Home. Situé dans la cuisine et la chambre

La 2Úme chambre spacieuse a un dressing et la 2Úme salle de bain est juste de l'autre cÎté du couloir.

Le salon a un canapé-lit queen pour les personnes supplémentaires, une télévision de 65 '. La maison est équipée de WIFI panoramique. Flux TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO et cùble cox.

Perfect Stay

The house is just as it is pictured and advertised except maybe even better. This is a lovely home in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great backyard for sitting on the patio enjoying the sun and the fruit off the trees. Great host!

This home was so comfortable and beautiful, and was stocked with everything you could ever need, inside and outside. Also located in a very convenient location, with stores and freeway within 10 minutes away. We were sad when we had to leave.

Serenity & Peace

Our stay at this property was just what we needed to rest, recharge and soak in the sun. Tricia was a wonderful property manager who was "Johnny on the spot" whenever we had a question or needed something. The Westbrook community is simply the most relaxing friendly place to spend a few months in the middle of winter. We enjoyed every minute.

Girl’s Get Away

We all loved this house. It was a perfect layout for The three of us to all spread out and quilt! Weather was nice and we spent many hours on the patio catching up after our 3 month quarantine. Accommodations were excellent and the home was more than adequately equipped. We girls have traveled extensively and stayed in many homes but this home was our favorite!

The home was beautiful and had every feature you could need. The owner was very responsive to all of my concerns because of the virus and we felt very safe and comfortable. Fantastic property!

This properly was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are all large and spacious while being impeccably decorated. The availability of several streaming services on all of the large TVs was a bonus. All of the usual necessities were provided in abundance, and the hosts even had baskets of other amenities “just in case” we had forgot anything in our travels (q-tips, shaving lotions, etc...) Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. We have stayed at many rental properties over our years of travel, and your property ranks as one of the best by far! We will absolutely stay at this property again (or any of the three properties offered by this host as they’ve really done a beautiful job decorating their houses). I can’t wait to come back in October when the citrus trees have ripe fruit on them.

This beautiful house is a MUST stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience spending the week in this gorgeous home!! This property was decorated beautifully, incredibly clean and we were welcomed with wine and chocolates. The bathroom was stocked with anything you may forget or need. It is turn key with everything you need and then some and full of all the latest technology. The backyard is beautiful, we enjoyed spending our evenings with our two dogs, barbecuing, and watching the sunset. It is located within minutes of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It was very convenient. Tricia was always available via text or phone. We had to stay one more night with a late checkout and she was so gracious and accommodating. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely stay here when we are back in town.

Outstanding Rental Home

The house was recently remodeled and nicely appointed, with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. Photos and property description posted by owners are a perfectly accurate. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. Close to shopping and attractions such as the 83/Bell sports and entertainment complex The house was spotlessly clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lovely back yard and patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill. LP gas fire table, multiple citrus trees, flowers and huge basil plants. Highly recommended.

Will rent again

I really enjoyed the property and the area was very nice and quiet. The house is fully equipped with everything you need so it’s definitely a home away from home. Whenever we visit again, I will most definitely rent this property again.

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Newly renovated with a fenced/walled in private yard. Great for privacy. Enjoy the expansive patio for get togethers and enjoying the warm Arizona nights.
