Rien n'a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gligĂ© dans cette belle maison qui est dĂ©corĂ©e professionnellement dans un thĂšme nautique amusant. Cette maison offre 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, 1 grand lit et 2 lits doubles. Chaque chambre est complĂšte avec les meilleurs draps et matelas en peluche pour votre confort ultime. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et dispose de nouvelles salles de bains et carrelage partout. EquipĂ© d'un accĂšs wifi gratuit et la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble dans chaque chambre. Le salon dispose d'un grand "tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat de la TVHD et la chambre principale dispose d'un 50" 60 Ă  Ă©cran plat. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle pour les repas complets et de nouveaux appareils. La table Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  8. Il y a un joint garage 2 voitures, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, cour privĂ©e clĂŽturĂ©e, et un patio privĂ© pour se dĂ©tendre et barbequeing. La piscine communautaire est juste autour du coin. Tous les draps sont fournis, y compris serviettes de piscine. The house was super clean. Close to stores all within a mile. Super pet friendly for our dog. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Peoria area. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is very inviting. Extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable. This was our 3rd time renting this home. We have also been in 2 other homes Kim Fletcher owns. We love the Glendale/ Peoria area. Her homes fit us to a tee. Every November we rent for NASCAR. We also decided to rent this time for Christmas and entertain our family Christmas Eve. Everything was perfect.

Pleasant house quiet neighborhood relaxing vacation

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this property, which is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from several of our favorite restaurants and grocery stores. This house has character, with a beach/maritime theme that unites the entire interior and makes one feel very at home. And a gourmet cook might feel the kitchen is lacking, it more than met our sometimes finicky needs. Finally, the proprietor was conscientious and quick to respond when a TV wouldn't failed to preform as it should, and was helpful in several other ways, too. We certainly hope to return to this property again for another relaxing getaway!

It was perfect

Thank you for this beautiful place. Perfect for our extended weekend place. Was in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed except for a hair dryer. lol. Luckily my daughter brought one. I would highly recommend this place!

Nice Stay in Peoria

We rented this property for a our 5 night stay in Peoria, AZ. Check-in process went smoothly. The house was clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the patio. Took advantage of the grill as well! Location was great--near grocery shopping, malls, restaurants, but situated in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We hiked Thunder Mountain, kayaked at Lake Pleasant and took in a Brewers spring training game--all within 30 minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend!

We had a two month stay at this property. It is a great location in a nice neighborhood. Kim is very responsive if you have any questions or problems. Highly recommend.
