Appartement dans une résidence historique du centre de Sienne

Appartement situé au premier étage d'un bùtiment historique des Mille, situé dans le centre historique, à quelques pas de la Piazza del Campo, du Duomo et de tous les principaux sites historiques de la ville. Finement meublé avec des meubles anciens, équipé d'un grand et lumineux salon avec cheminée avec canapé-lit double, chambre double avec lit à baldaquin et cuisine typique toscane confortable et super-équipée. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche avec machine à laver.
Sienne est une ville romantique et calme de la province situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du. trafic de machines. La vieille ville est ztl dans les murs ne peuvent pas entrer avec les voitures il y a des aires de stationnement payant voir le site www. sienaparcheggi. co. pour plus de dĂ©tails. Je recommande si vous arrivez en voiture Ă  la gare Ă  seulement 15 minutes du centre et le moins cher environ 3 € par jour ... en face de la gare routiĂšre et des taxis. prix du bus q. 50 taxis 10-12 € environ
Si vous prenez le bus pour le centre, demandez celui qui vous amĂšne Ă  la Piazza Gramsci, Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de l'appartement.
Sienne est agréable pour se promener dans les ruelles historiques .... le propriétaire habite dans le bùtiment de l'appartement à louer et est disponible pour tous les besoins

My two months in Siena, Italy

From the moment I got out of my taxi, I was greeted by the owner, Costanza. She and her assistant, Asia, treated me like a long lost friend! I was hours late but they were still waiting! I climbed up the stairs to my top floor apartment and was happy with what I saw. Everything I needed was there! The kitchen with a gas stove was just what I needed. There was a dishwasher as well as the stove and large fridge. There was also a washing machine for my clothes and everything else was extraordinary! The place was clean and nicely presented with a huge bed and a pull out bed for my friends to stay when they visited.Throughout my stay, Costanza was always available to help out. She is warm and understanding beyond belief! On my final night after a two month stay, she cooked a wonderful five course meal with plenty of red wine. She teaches cooking, so I knew that I was in for a treat. When leaving, Costanza organized a taxi and a person to lift my very heavy suitcase.Overall, it was a marvellous experience!Definitely a place to return to!

Great apartment, host, and location.

A very nice and clean apartment in a convenient location and the host is extremely helpful and close at hand. Just remember to bang the washer door closed if it displays an error code!

The place was amazing and Conni was the best host. We enjoyed chatting with her, meeting her pup, and using her apartment. We would do it again and tell friends about her. She was a life saver getting us a taxi to our train on the last day!!Grazie!!

Buyer beware!

This property has not been cleaned and upgraded over time to match the photos in the listing. We were shocked at how dirty and dinghy the stairwell had become. There were boxes of various items (maybe trash) at the bottom of the stairs and at the top. The stairs were difficult to navigate due to their worn-smooth condition. To be fair, my wife and I are older and carrying heavy suitcases is difficult for me. There was no one to assist with getting our bags up two flights to the apartment. The owners response to that was that she is not responsible to get our luggage into the apartment, although she did say her son would bring up our bags later after 8 pm. I would say that anyone renting their apartment to people should know that assistance should be available as needed for their guests. Buyer beware!Once in the apartment, we didn’t like the dark rooms and lack of lighting. The owner showed us around and gave me the keys. Once alone, my wife started to cry and asked me if I really wanted her to stay there for 5 nights. She was very unhappy and wanted to leave. I immediately agreed and we left the apartment and returned the keys.The owner would not agree to canceling the rental. VRBO wouldn’t do anything. We lost 5 nights of rent.The owner will refute what I have said. She has not kept the apartment in good condition. What we saw does not match the photos. Buyer beware.I urge you to read all the reviews, especially the low ones. They are in line with what we saw.

Short stay in Siena!

The property is beautiful and amazing! The host is as well. She also offers a cooking class which I highly recommend. Building is a short taxi ride from the train station. It is located in perfect walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the piazza, Duomo, and Torre. Space is clean and comfortable and absolutely charming. Loved my stay in Siena!

Constanza is an absolutely charming hostess and it was an honour to stay in her beautiful home steeped in history. I cannot recommend this stay enough! A special shout-out to Roy, the sweetest dog and a very good boy, 10/10 for both him and Costanza.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the character and location of this unique property. It is located in a 1000-year old (though updated) building, within easy, walkable access to many fantastic restaurants, a little grocery store and the main historical sites of Siena. The property manager was extremely communicative, and allowed us to check in early when we arrived, which was very helpful. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Siena

Excellent location, spacious and well-equipped. Costanza is a friendly and engaging host. Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. We stayed 6 nights and would return.
