Grand condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain situé à deux pas des plus belles plages de sable blanc du Golfe. C'est un condo spacieux qui comprend deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain complètes. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes. En outre, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité. Grand balcon privé avec vue indirecte sur la plage. La piscine intérieure / extérieure est située sur le côté de la plage de la propriété. Il y a une magnifique zone de grillades et de pique-nique qui comprend des barbecues au gaz et au charbon.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our little get away, and getting to the beach was easy with the sand wheelchair! Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect place to visit with my son who was located in the romar cottages. Only one boardwalk over from Harbour Place. May consider renting a unit in Horbour place, if my son's in laws at at the Cottages.

We enjoyed it! It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities that you would need for your stay. It was really quiet and everyone was super friendly. The communication with the host Mary was great!! The only downside was there was only one elevator working but everyone was really patient and kind.

Last Minute Labor Day Trip

Location and size was perfect for my little family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 7). Central to everything and beach was not near as crowded as it was at the larger locations such as The Phoenix’s. Will definitely look to this property again for a stay.

Great beach getaway

My family enjoyed staying here. Property manager was great at responding and in a very timely manner, crisp clear instructions on everything you need to know. Very clean and up to date. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day.

Great condo and condo bldg!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Also, loved the community feel of the pool area and the other snow birds who stay in harbor place Jan-Feb. The only thing I would have liked is a better view from the balcony and more sunlight in the unit.

Place was clean and spacious. Only complaint was that one of the chests would not open for us to put our clothes in. But we understood the humidty issues that beach dide homes have.

Great stay - Better Location

Had friends and teammates from school baseball team staying at much more expensive properties, like Phoenix 10, etc. and dollar to donuts this condo on the beach has everything you need and nothing you don’t -and an added touch of home the bbq’s are awesome, for a nice home cooked meal at the beach. The building and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting to use, pool, bbq area etc. the balconies are a plus with a great view of the ocean. This particular condo was very updated and comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend…. Will visit here again next year!

Robert, So sorry that you were unhappy with our condo. I could have immediately addressed the sand on the floors as I clearly state in my welcome email to contact me upon arrival if everything is not to my 5 star standards. Also , the shower is walk in customized non slip tile, so not sure why or how it could have been slippery. The entire condo has been updated, new stove and washer/dryer and painted. I am guessing you weren't happy with the updates, however the listing has pictures of everything. Best regards, Mary

Economical stay

The condo has a weird smell to to it. There were not enough bath towels for a family of 4, had to wash them daily and also you should bring your own toilet paper.. Only 2 rolls provided. The condo furniture is dated and it’s kind of dark and gloomy inside. Again, it’s an economical stay for a family but wouldn’t stay here again.

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The welcome email I provided you had details of what is provided as in enough necessities to get you started as in TP, soaps, etc. Condos are not hotels that provide such necessities for your length of stay. Two towels per guests are provided . The condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience. You saw pictures of the decor and furniture..which most of which us new. I understand everyone's taste are different, however my condo is exactly as described in my listing.
