Lovely resort with plenty of parking, elevators, etc. Main pool and quiet pool were both great, and the pool bar at the main pool had a nice selection of drinks and food. Room was a very nice layout with a king bed and large master bath with jetted tub on one side, living space and kitchen in the middle, and second bedroom and bath on other side. Room was unremarkable otherwise, second floor, middle of hallway, parking lot view, very neutral decor.

The room was exactly how it was on the photos. It was clean. The AC were good and it fit my family just right if I come back and they have openings I will stay again and they had a good pool area too that I took my daughter too, and she had fun

2024 Florida Stay

Main reason for travel was for The Summit Cheer Competitions at ESPN Wide World of Sports with granddaughter and family. Loved the pool at LBV Resort, close proximity to dining and shopping, and Disney Springs. Very relaxing and comfortable stay!

2025 Summit Cheerleading Competition Stay

This was my second time at LBVR, and I stayed in the same unit as in 2024. The unit is comfortable and has most of the amenities needed for a one-week stay. It was close to Disney (ESPN) for the competition we attended and also Disney Springs and Universal. Easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants for a quick meal out. I really like staying here!

This should be 0 stars because we never actually stayed at this VRBO. Our reservation was confirmed and we went to the resort to check-in only to find that there was no reservation for us at all. Our room was booked out to another person due to Ken's negligence. My husband, young daughter, and I ended up stranded in Orlando with nowhere to stay on the busiest weekend in the city. Upon realizing his error, Ken proceeded to blame the property which offered very little solution to our situation.I am unsure of why this property is still listed, as it is not a guaranteed location for a rental. I wouldn't count on this working out for you - I wouldn't want anyone else to get stranded on their vacation like we were.

Hi Jillienne, thank you for your review and i can understand your frustration and agree it it was an error on our behalf and the resort. First of all your inquiry and and checkin date was 2 days apart. We had submissted the request as we showed you the other day but the next day booking desk provider went to the hospital. The resort owners reservation desk customer service had an emergency and she was in the hospital and could not communicate from there. We have sent those prrof to vrbo too. We have never ever had this befor and in business over 15 years. We have compensate you fully through vrbo and i am sure you have received it by now. As mentioed before, i am sonsorry. Resort got sold and as she was in the hospital couldn't communicate with us. We have taken contcrete steps so it would not happen to anybody. Thank you,

Stayed for AAU Nationals

Overall the checkin process was very easy. We were able to get everything we needed and had a full kitchen which saved us on food. Cleanliness was good, however the 2nd to last day we did see a cockroach in the master bedroom. Regardless of that, everything else was great!

Amazing resort ~condo~ location ... staff at pool bar was fun and accommodating... couldn’t of asked for anything more ... will definitely be back ... only thing ... with so many people traveling ... we left our cooler hoping someone could use it after us ... and our pool cups ... but understand not wanting the extra stuff to store ...

Perfect Place for our stay

This unit was great for our family of 4. Each kid had their own bed and my wife and I had our own room with a King bed. The kitchen was functional for what we needed and the location was perfect for going to all the parks. Our flight was delayed significantly and we didn't arrive to the property until 4 AM, but the front desk was staffed and the person was helpful and friendly. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient and the price point fit our budget. The pools are in great shape and just about the only thing I could complain about, so people don't think this is planted review, is the parking. There is enough, but unless you time it right, you probably aren't going to be parking right at the entrance to your building - the furthest we had to walk was like two minutes (it's a big property). Going back to the positive, the front desk will even accept packages for for you. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area. Thank you!

Very nice resort

Ken the property owner was super responsive. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed. A few things were a bit dated - TV had old analog cable service but we weren't there to watch TV. The hallway carpet was a bit musky. Those are just nitpicks. Great place to stay. The Pizza Hut and Convenience store really made things super convenient.

Great location but rooms need work

When we arrived for check-in, our room was not ready. The man at the desk said it was still being cleaned because the family before us checked out late. We waited over an hour for our room. When we got in the room, the sheets in the double room were not clean. They had stains and hair on them. There was also broken glass on the floor. The master room was a little better. I believe the sheets were "clean" but they had stains. When we called the front desk, it took over an hour to get new sheets. The stove did not work. I called the front desk about it and maintenance never arrived throughout the whole stay. The location was great though. There were outlet stores right next to the resort and all kinds of restaurants and stores up and down the main street that the resort was on. The kids loved the pool with the pirate ship slide. The bar had great drinks and food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was decent but could definitely use some upgrades.
