Installé dans un bâtiment en bord de mer de 12 étages, ce complexe décontracté se trouve à 4 km de Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Bandshell, à 10 km du parcours de golf Riviera Country Club et à 13 km de l'aéroport international de Daytona.

Cette chambre confortable comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un garage couvert gratuit. Ce complexe en bord de mer propose une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, un lit king-size, un canapé-lit et un jeu de société.

Enjoyed the stay

The condo was perfect for our needs. I think the listing should clarify that this is NOT an ocean view condo. The picture on the listing doesn't accurately reflect the parking lot/roadway view the condo actually has. But it was very clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful place & Amenities

This place is very nice and a great value for the money. I went with my granddaughter and I felt very safe and free to enjoy myself. The place was clean and pleasant smelling. The pools were great and the beach was wonderful. This place is perfect if you have children or a family that you are traveling with. There is a lot to do in the area and Donna the manager of the property is the BEST she communicated very quickly, thank goodness because we wanted to stay another night. It was so relaxing that we did not want to leave! I would definately stay again if in the area and I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work Donna and thanks again.

Cute place

The room was great very clean decorated nicely. Donna responded quickly to answer questions. She provided little extras toiletries and some kitchen items that gave it a home feeling. Only down side is parking. Our truck is too big to park in the garage. The outside parking lot gets full quick was hard to get spot when we came back later in the evening. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center

This studio was not equipped well. We had to buy bowls, light bulbs. Was supposed to ocean view and was not, though we did see some beautiful sunsets. The couch was not comfortable.

Cool room rough building to be in

Donna maintains her unit well, however the building overall I will not recommend. I’ve never been to Daytona and thought it would be a cool get away for my partner and I. Aside the from the beach town itself the Daytona Beach Resort is not a place I would recommend staying. They have 4 pools and a jacuzzi not in service. The gym is closed, the bars and restaurants are closed. The building is not maintained. There’s vines and garbage over all of the pools. They only have beach access. There are 3 elevators to get to our room, they were all out of service with caution tape. We had to use the 4 down the hall. There’s a laundry service on all floors they were broken on ours. A father with a family of five told us the machine ate all him money once he filled them with dirty clothes and detergent. There was no one available to fix it or give him his money back. I had to change the dates of my stay for my uncles funeral and was promised a refund still patiently waiting for it. Donna makes herself available through VRBO chat and answers your questions.

Anniversary Vacation gone bad.

Went to check in with the resort on Sunday the 20th and owner had not given them any heads up . Could not get the owner to reply back to me till Tuesday the 22 so that we could get our parking pass. The room listing was over embellished about location. The help at the resort was the rudest people I had ever encountered. And the parking was a joke. Had to park all most a quarter of a mile away from the resort in a abandoned lot and try to get back across a busy 4 lane road. It's sad you save up to take my wife and myself for our 24 year anniversary and it turns out to be the worst one ever. Just because you are the condo was owned by a individual dose not mean we should have ever had to go thru what we did with the resort.

Good last minute vacation.

Everything was good in our room - had everything we needed! Beds comfortable and easily located to all amenities. Only thing I would add is one of the pool security officer takes his job to the extreme. Loved the shopping center right across the street!! Thanks again. 🙂

Great rental. Not huge on the front desk as they were not very friendly but this condo is owned by Donna and I did all communication thru her besides actually checking in. Otherwise awesome. I would definitely recommend 100%

Comfortable, well stocked rental unit

The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa was comfortable for our 7 yr old. The unit was well stocked with dishes/appliances and many necessities. The water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel pool and poolside bar was nice and the food was great at the poolside bar. Bring your own coffee to make in the room, the hotel does not have complimentary coffee (just an automatic Starbucks machine and it was $4 for one cup of regular coffee). We loved how close the ocean was to the pool area of the hotel. It was a very short walk down to the beach from the pool area which was nice. I would stay here again!

Cute room in a great location.

We greatly enjoyed this property during our stay I. Daytona for bike week. It was a in an wonderful location, convenient to the beach and several restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was great. She maintained communication for check in and check out procedures. The room was stocked with a variety of beach essentials, and even had some full sized toiletries in the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice area, resort has 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Walking distance to many stores and the ocean. Owner of unit is very pleasant. Would definitely rent again.

Simply fantastic

It was super easy to find and in a fantastic location! I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Daytona Beach! Owners were super friendly and let you use some of their things like beach towels which made the stay more relaxing. One less thing to worry about on a vacation. 5++++ stars!!!!
