The owner was a great communicator. It was very easy to get ahold of her and her response time was prompt. The house size was great for my very large family. Everybody seemed more than comfortable with their sleeping arrangements. The view was beautiful from the deck. The only complaint I would have to say I had for our quick stay was that upon leaving, my husband alerted me that there were bed bugs in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We are just praying we don’t take any home with us. I did alert the owner and she assured me that they have the house sprayed regularly since it is in the woods. I did see a few other bugs in the closets and places, but chalked it up to being so deep in the mountains/woods, but the bed bugs were the only thing that got me. I hope the owner gets this taken care of for future renters. Other than that, I’d say the property is just as advertised and the host was wonderful! Thanks for making my family’s quick trip a comfortable one!

After your stay, a licensed pest control company conducted a thorough inspection of all beds and sleeping areas, and no evidence of bed bugs was found. Our home is on a consistent preventative pest control schedule, and all bedding and mattresses are regularly cleaned and inspected between guests. While the property is located in a wooded mountain setting where occasional insects can appear, we maintain strict cleanliness and maintenance standards to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests. We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention and are confident that the home continues to meet the expectations described in our listing.

Spacious rooms and lots of beds!

Plenty of space for us to chill and relax, and close enough to Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge to do things without worrying about traffic.

The cabin and stay were perfect. Spacious rooms, awesome common areas for the family. The resort pools were also very nice once we located them! The men enjoyed the golf course! You climb up a mountain to get to the house, but the views and experience is 100% worth it!!

Great place!

We rented this cabin for a family trip with my husband's family and this location was perfect! We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs less than 12 hours after we arrived, which made our trip! Beautiful scenery and super clean.
