Each of the six spacious bedrooms features a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The master suite offers a sanctuary-like experience with a jacuzzi, a see-through fireplace, dual vessel sinks, and an oversized shower, creating a spa-like atmosphere.

The overall experience was great. It was 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and near many stores for your group needs. Very spacious inside with 4 floors and 6 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. I would have no problem staying there again if ever in the area. It also has spacious covered decks on three levels.

Wonderful spring break rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house to bring kids on vacation. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty to do at the property, too, for some down time. Our kids loved their spring break trip, and the property management group was outstanding when we needed their help with some items that were left behind. All around great experience.

Perfect for Large Families! Great Amenities

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 (8 adults and 7 children) stayed at the Southern Comfort chalet for 6 nights, and it was a wonderful experience!The Pros:-Amazing Amenities: The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, theater room, arcade games, pool table, and covered deck kept everyone entertained.-Great Location: Beautiful, quiet, and includes access to the community pool.-Clean & Modern: Clean accommodations with up-to-date furniture and kitchen appliances.-Responsive Management: Property managers quickly resolved minor issues with a smoke detector battery and hot tub chlorine. Suggestions for Improvement:-Kitchen/Bath Essentials: The cabin needs pot holders, extra dish towels, and tissues in the bathrooms.-Supply Transparency: Management should explicitly inform guests to bring extra daily supplies like trash bags, coffee filters, and dishwasher tablets.Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and our family loved every minute!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property needs some upgrades and maintenance etc. the bathroom door latch in Master bedroom needs repair, lamp in living room needs repair, the blender didn’t work, several toilets need repair, the kitchen just has minimal cooking supplies and utensils.These are some of the recommendation's to the owner And someone should check unit to make sure everything is working properly. When I called the blender was replaced on our last day of our stay and 2 toilets were repaired several days after I called (good maintenance man) called to have the garage picked up several times and no one showed up, I would recommend replacing that contractor.

We're pleased that our maintenance technician was able to address the toilet repairs and replace the blender during your stay. However, we recognize that these repairs took longer than our service standards, and we will be reviewing the circumstances to identify opportunities to improve our response times. We also apologize that the garage pickup was not completed despite your requests. This is not the level of service we expect from our vendors, and we will be following up to ensure greater accountability. Our team performs regular preventative maintenance and property inspections, but occasionally items require attention between inspections or after previous guest stays. Your comments regarding the bathroom door latch, living room lamp, and other maintenance concerns have been shared with our maintenance team for follow-up. Regarding the kitchen, our homes are stocked with the basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and kitchen essentials needed for a typical vacation stay, as outlined in our pre-arrival information. While we understand the inventory may not have met all of your expectations, your review did not identify any specific items that were missing. Specific suggestions are always appreciated, as they allow us to evaluate whether additional items would provide value for the majority of our guests. Thank you for staying with us.
