Family vacation

The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!

Great for a big group

We had 14 adults and it was great. Lots of room and things to do. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill is great for hanging out. Would definitely stay again.

Fishing Trip

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!

Fly fishing with college buddies from TN, TX, & MS and could not have picked a better place! Can’t wait for next year’s trip! New annual excursion in the Ozarks!!

This property was just what our family/friends have been looking for! Plenty of room, wonderfully designed and furnished. The game room was a hit and enjoyed by all ages!! Cotter is a unique tourist town and everyone was so friendly! Close to Flippin and the Buffalo River where we float yearly! Joey is a great host and very responsive. You won't be disappointed!

Family Gathering

Second year our family has stayed at this location and we will be back. Gaming area is a big hit, property offers something for everyone. Easy walk to the White River, fishing was great! Highly recommend!
