We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our needs—great location and great accommodations. The rooms were clean and everything was well-laid out/easily found. Our host, Pamela, checked-in with us that first evening and was attentive. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great!

The house was very well situated, organized very well. Could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't that bad. We had a good stay there

House was clean spacious and well appointed. It was even nicer than the pictures. The property manager was quick to respond and was great to work with throughout the entire process. We had zero issues. I would recommend this property 100% and will absolutely book again on my next trip to Cotter.

Nice location and excellent renovation, especially the kitchen. Needs someplace to hang outdoor clothing in inclement weather. Access to the garage would make this an excellent property. Also, a contact number in case of an emergency.
