Great property right on the beach! I have stayed here many times and I have always enjoyed tremendously! The Landscaping is extremely nice and it gives you a tropical feeling as if you were in the Caribbean somewhere. Will stay here again

Inaccurate Listing

The location is awesome and very clean. However, I found the listing to be very misleading. A lot of the pictures of the listing are not part of Royal Palms, but of the Hilton next door. To say the least this was a disappointment. The bed is terrible! If you enjoy old worn out mattresses then it’s for you. The amount of money doesn’t correlate with the quality of our stay. I feel that in the current situation the cost should be much lower or the room should be drastically updated and something worked out to be able to use the Hilton amenities. Then it will be a much more accurate description of the room.

Quiet and comfortable

Very beautiful place with an extremely comfortable bed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Only complaint is shower didn’t stay hot long enough.

Wonderful, affordable and great location

I was attending a conference and I wanted a bit more than a typical hotel room. This was that and more. So cute and clean -- great balcony and I loved having the fridge and microwave. I'll be back!!

Our Fall getaway

Our stay was a great long weekend. Anytime you stay at a new place there’s a moment of apprehension as you unlock the door. It was quickly erased as we entered our room. It was clean and equipped with all we could need to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. We could feel the hospitality even though no one else was present. We’d stay again without hesitation!!

We loved it!

Loved this unit! The views were spectacular! Had a view of the ocean from our pillow when we opened our eyes in the mornings. The unit had been updated recently. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The little kitchen had a great little refrigerator that was cold and a regular coffee pot, not one of those tiny ones. I prefer a keurig so I bring my small one. We will definitely book again!

Perfect for a weekend get away

We loved the location -- so close to our favorite places in Myrtle Beach. Great communication from hosts, easy check-in & nice view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor response time

We arrived later than we wanted. The older gentleman at the guard shack wouldn’t give us a parking pass told us we had to go to the Hylton. We told him that we was told that he would give it to us after a few minutes. He finally gave us a parking pass.. Once we got unloaded and to our room, our door code wasn’t working. Call the number to the owners or the property manager no response we found other numbers to call and a gentleman helped us through the B2 Vacation site I think it was. He said that we was given the wrong code then once we got there, my wife tried to set up for work and couldn’t find the Wi-Fi that was supposed to be for that room email and the property manager again hours go by before they come back give us another name and password to try and that worked the next day it was gone again but then after looking, we found the B2 vacation Wi-Fi but we was never told that it was going to be changed. The stay was nice. The place is nice. The poor response time really needs work. My wife lost money from not able to work when she needed to. The night before leaving my email blew up telling everything that I needed to do to keep from losing my deposit. It seemed like every few hours I got a email from them then.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Glad you liked the resort and the amenities. I apologize for the WiFi sometimes it reverts back to factory settings. After you contacted me on Oct 4 at 11 am regarding the WiFi not working within an hour I emailed you the network and password as it had reverted back to factory settings. I apologize for the confusion at the gate guard A new guard must be working and gave the wrong instructions.

Perfect Getaway

For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. This is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
