Waipouli Resort

We explored Kauai and after we all enjoyed the pool, especially our young girls! Safeway was right across from us, so getting groceries was connivence and easy.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean and well appointed. Everything worked. The pool was a fan favorite for my kids. It’s the best place we have stayed in at this price range. It’s also in a great location to base if you will be traveling the whole island. I can’t say enough good. It was a wonderful trip.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable for a family of 6. The beds were comfortable and there was a good amount of space. I only wish that one of the masters had it's own shower instead of sharing with the third bathroom, but it wasn't really a problem. The resort grounds were beautiful. The location was great. There was a Safeway right across the street for groceries and many good places to eat and shop very close by. It is also a good central location to be able to see the whole island and close to the airport. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property

Condo accommodations with a beach resort vibe. The resteraunt was amazing with great staff. The host checked on us after check in to make sure we found everything. The island is amazing and we couldn’t have had a better stay.

Great location all the amenities of a resort in a condo

Perfect location as a base for excursions. The host is so thoughtful that they provide everything needed for beach, etc. and they are very responsive. Close to great restaurants, shave ice, tropical ice cream, and grocery store. Comfortable condo for families. Will return.

Amazing island location and accommodations

We had am amazing tome and this property certainly added to the experience. check in was a breeze with all relevant info provided on time. condo was very clean upon arrival, with updated appliances and necessities such as laundry detergent and bathroom items. the water filter jug for the fridge was very welcome given the cost of bottled water. loved all the snorkel gear, beach chairs and stuff. perfect island location with easy access to north and south island. Safeway grocery across the road made for effortless shopping. We would defiantly stay at this property again!

Near The Beach, Near Stores

As advertised. Perfect for what we wanted for two couples for a week. Two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, big deck, two small stand-up balconies. On a great resort property with pools and beach access. Bike rental on property, and about 2 blocks from the beachside bike path. Ample parking. Fast, reliable internet.

Best vacation ever!

Amazing place! If you’re familiar with Aulani/DVC villas, the floor plan and look of this condo is similar with multiple bathrooms. Perfect for families with children. Waterslide and pool were amazing, with water temperature fine for us and no different than another hotel we visited for a day with ResortPass. Conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores. Extremely well stocked kitchen with supplies for cooking. Incredible balance of luxury and value.

Loved it!

Great place!! So clean and very beautiful!! Not the best ocean view, but how much time are you actually spending in your hotel room??? Tina was an awesome host, place was full with amenities ( washing detergent, toilet paper, full kitchen utensils)! That was a big deal for us since we’d just spent 5 days in Maui and the place had nothing! We really appreciated Tina and the staff making for an excellent stay!!!

Great location & beautiful property!

The condo is very spacious and luxurious. Large kitchen and family room with everything you need: Beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. You have multiple partial views of the ocean from any of the three balconies. And also a mountain view. The resort grounds and pool/sand bottom hot tubs are beautiful. You can bring your own food to the pool since they don't provide any, but you can order drinks at the restaurant when they open at 3pm.

Great place to stay

This spot was great! The property was amazing, the location on the island made it so easy to get around and the rental itself was amazing. There was a lot of though put into preparing for guests. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc, etc were unexpected but so appreciated. The manager copy was very responsive to speak with before, during and following g our say. Additionally, the host had a notebook with highlights local to the rental for dinner, activities, etc. Our kids though the daily saw visits on the beach were the coolest. Overall, this place was a 10 out of 10!

Relaxing in Kauai

Our two couples spent a week in this lovely unit at the Waipouli Beach resort. The unit had a well appointed though somewhat small kitchen area and living area flanked by two master bedrooms. There was some minor damage on some of the appliances. The garbage disposal and washing machine would benefit from some cleaning and improve freshness. Master bedrooms and baths were a bit dated with the classic tub and louvered windows, connecting one bedroom and bathroom. The beds themselves were comfortable with a good pillow selection and good sheets. Bathroom towels were a bit thin and we could have used for more. The unit is situated on the outside of the resort overlooking the parking area. There was a partial view of the ocean angled off to the right. The resort had a nice pool area for families, a limited beach that was not really great for swimming, and a restaurant and bar facing the ocean that we did not use. Finally, the neighborhood was safe with ready access to affordable restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping. please know that the unit is on the east coast of Kauai. Anyone interested in scuba diving or boat trips will have to drive 30 to 45 minutes west and south. The airport is just 15 minutes south and west. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was a reasonable value. Recognize that nothing is cheap on Kauai. Mahalo

Such an awesome place to stay! This was the 2nd time we visited Kauai and stayed so this location. The Room was very clean and fit our family of 5 very well. Personally I love a place like this more than a resort that has a bunch of staff always waiting for a tip. However if you need anything they are very responsive and available. Access to the beach path right out door. Great pool and gym. If you are looking for a clean well maintained and reasonably priced place for your family right on the beach this is it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ohana Manor. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was as described. We found empty liquor bottles left under the bed that I assume was from the prior guest.

2nd Week in Hawaii

Place was beautiful , had great communication with property management , very comfortable. The only issue that we had was the air conditioning didn’t seem to be strong enough in the bedrooms until I opened the door to the ac unit and it seemed to give us better airflow since the unit is behind a beautiful solid wood door. I would definatly stay here again. Thankyou Tina

Very warm and beautiful Condo

The condo is extremely clean and very well maintained. The ambience of the place is spectacular and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in that place. We are a family of 4 who stayed over a week in this Condo. The resort premises is always kept spik and span and the crew is always working to keep it ultra clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot-tub and visists to the private beach, sipping coffee in the mornings by sun-rise and enjoyed the cools evening breezes by standing in the balcony. The best part of the location of this unit is that we get a view of the mountain as well as the ocean :-). We would highly recommend this unit.
