Profitez d'une vue captivante sur l'ocĂ©an depuis ce spacieux condo de 3 chambres, oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur la vĂ©randa.

Il y a la climatisation dans tout le condo, y compris les chambres. Vous pouvez contrĂŽler la tempĂ©rature dans chaque piĂšce individuellement. Si les alizĂ©s soufflent, vous pouvez ouvrir les fenĂȘtres et Ă©couter l'ocĂ©an. Sinon, le confort de la climatisation est disponible pour chaque chambre et prĂ©fĂ©rence.

Notre condo est au niveau supĂ©rieur afin que vous ne soyez pas dĂ©rangĂ© par les voisins ci-dessus. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e se trouve la cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e, le salon / salle Ă  manger, une salle de bain / buanderie et une vĂ©randa avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. À cet Ă©tage se trouve Ă©galement une Smart TV de 50 pouces, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et des haut-parleurs Bluetooth.

Les trois chambres ont une salle de bain avec douche. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, la chambre principale a un lit California King et une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e de 40 pouces. La 2Ăšme chambre a un lit queen et le troisiĂšme Ă©tage a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre transformĂ©s en un roi. Toutes les chambres ont des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, des tĂ©lĂ©visions et la climatisation.

Le complexe au sommet d'une falaise est conçu pour le plaisir et la détente avec une piscine, un jacuzzi et un court de tennis. La zone de barbecue a 3 grilles et les motifs sont parsemés de fleurs tropicales.

PrÚs du condo se trouve une grande variété d'expériences de shopping et de restauration. Deux de nos favoris sont le village de Kukui'ula et la vieille ville de Koloa.

A proximité il y a de nombreuses plages à explorer. Marchez vers l'est jusqu'à Hyatt et Shipwreck Beach de classe mondiale, l'ouest vous emmÚnera à Poipu Beach. Faites de la plongée avec tuba avec des tortues et des poissons perroquets, surfez sur les vagues ou traßnez simplement sur une magnifique plage. S'amuser!

Excellent communication from the host and rental agency representative, very clean and well-appointed space, and amazing view and location! Quick walks to Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches and easy access to other local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Great location with view of ocean. Unit was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The 3rd floor bedroom is very small and more suited for children, but our adult son managed fine. Washer & Dryer in unit was a big plus as with beach chairs and coolers. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and save on eating out everyday.Communucation with Liz was easy. She and sophia both checked on us to see if all was well om arrival. Our family highly recommends this unit when staying in Poipu area.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying in this condo. Property is well maintained and stocked. It is very close to the nearby two beaches. Great sunset view from the Property grounds. Property owner and the manager were very responsive to our messages. We will definitely return when the next opportunity comes.

The property was absolutely stunning, from the views to the amenities (pool was amazing!) to how close shipwreck beach and other places were. Each room had air conditioning and great natural light. There were only two drawbacks: first, the stairs. To reach the place, you must go up two flights and then there are an additional one to two flights within the condo. (2nd story has 2 bedrooms, 3rd story has the two twin beds). If you have ANY mobility issues, this place would be very difficult. Also, the AC vent was on the balcony which meant hot air was continually blowing making sitting outside uncomfortable once it was past morning. Communication with leasing agent was easy and

Repeat visitor, will keep on coming

This was our second or third time in this unit - we love the Makahuena and this unit ticks all our boxes. AC throughout (just make sure it's off in the morning to truly enjoy coffee on the lanai), everything works, it's clean, wonderful communication, no surprises. We will be back again and again.

Fabulous!

Great location and beautiful property. Family of 5 adults with one toddler had lots of room and loved the pool. Property management also called to ensure we had received the Tsunami warning! The sense of community that we experienced in Koala with hundreds of other evacuees was true Hawaiian spirit! Though we have been Maui visitors for years we all fell in love with Kauai!

Best property of our 3 island visit!

Amazing community of condos. This one had ample air conditioning. Itvis on 3 levels. The lani has beautiful ocean views an pool views. The property around the cindo is amazing with views and its owe blow hole. The pool was great. Parking on site was close to the unit but not too close. Having laundry on site was perfect. Three andcahalf baths for family groups was great. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed 7 days at this location amd loved every minute!!!

Great property

This was a great property for our family to vacation in. The listing matched the amenities of the property 100%. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out or easy. Communications with the property manager was a dream. My only comment is in regard to the crib. The crib is really not a crib. It is a portable playpen. The mattress is much too stiff for a comfortable nights sleep for a baby. Fortunately, our little one was comfortable snuggling in with mom and dad for the night.

Great vacation unit for a family

Unit was fantastic with plenty of room for a family. Views are tremendous; complex is also in a great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Pool is terrific as well.

Best Sunset views!

This location works great for our family. We have four kids ages 7 to 12. Having the pool right below us was a must for those early morning or evening swims. That is before or after we went out hiking or hitting the beach. And speaking of beaches, both shipwreck and Poipu Beach, where an easy walk or a short drive away. The AC was a real nice touch in the evenings when the sun was blasting in and made for comfortable sleeps.

Relaxing getaway

The perfect place for our family of 6 adults. A rare find with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Loved the location and the sunsets were stunning.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing trip to Kauai staying at this condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Appreciated all of the bathrooms! Great location with breathtaking views. Really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas. A/C worked great in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
