This property has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 with double bunks), 2.5 baths and an entire 1st floor for entertaining which includes a bar, game room, TV and workstation. There are smart TVs in living room, bar, master and queen bedrooms.

Beyond the confines of the property, residents have access to an array of community amenities, enhancing the lifestyle of lakefront living. Community amenities include 3 heat outdoor swimming pools, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, and more. Additionally, the community has a large lodge featuring a fully equipped gym, billiard room, library and main ball room which hosts daily family events.

Arrowhead Lake Association imparts specific fees for temporary membership and vehicle registration. These fees will be requested by property manager after booking is completed and paid separately during your registration with Arrowhead Lake. See the table below for fee structure. In-season fee structure is from 24-May-2025 to 01-Sep-2025.
We will pre-register you with Arrowhead Lake Community once we receive the information above, and then you will get a reimbursement request from us, for the fees requested by Arrowhead Lake community. The registration fee of $20 is non refundable, and no changes can be made within 72 hrs prior to your arrival. Arrowhead Community does not refund any fees within 72 hrs prior to arrival date.

Arrowhead Community fees are as follows:
$20 registration fee
$20 gate card (per car)
$8.50/day per person over the age of 6 from May 24th until Sept 2nd or $2/person per day during the off season.
$100 last minute registration fee if the information is not submitted at least 72 hrs prior to check in date.

Please note these are not our fees. They are the community's fees. Our guests, if driving a rental car, have to pick up their Welcome packet and gate access at their rental office after submitting the rental car info in person.

There are township and community rules that have to be followed. Please ask us prior to booking to confirm if there are any current Arrowhead Lake (ALCA) community and both Tobyhanna and Coolbaugh townships rules regarding fire bans or please check their website. We have no control over them and they are in place for everyone's safety.
