Moana Circle Chalet est une conclusion rare et est disponible à la location pendant les mois d'été. Cette maison exclusive est au bord du lac de l'autoroute dans un quartier juste à côté de Chambers Landing. Ce chalet offre un accès à la plage de sable privée et à la jetée du propriétaire de Moana Circle, accessibles à pied depuis la maison. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à la plage publique et au quai de Chambers et profiter de l’un de leurs célèbres punchs.

Ce chalet de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain a une grande terrasse enveloppante avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue, la cabine est entièrement équipée avec laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière électrique, grande table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, il y a aussi 3 tabourets au comptoir du bar. Détendez-vous près de la cheminée en brique tout en prenant votre petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner! Il y a un grand téléviseur à écran plat avec câble, une petite chaîne stéréo avec lecteur CD, ainsi qu'un accès Internet sans fil. Venez profiter de cette cabane avec votre famille et vos amis et créez des souvenirs qui dureront pour toujours.

Cute little house in a great location. Loved that we had access to a private beach and an easy walk down the beach to Chambers Landing Bar & Grill.

Perfect location

Just love this property. We’ve stayed before and it’s right across the circle from our relatives cabin, so we can all get together for Thanksgiving. Great place.

Great visit

This spot was just perfect for our weekend ski trip to Homewood. Really appreciated the garage because we got 10” of snow and loved that the driveway is plowed for you. Very homey and functional.

Cozy Cabin

We had such a great time. House was stocked with everything we needed. There were bears, so having the ability to park the car in the garage was so nice. We loved the beach and location. Clean and cozy.

Good value for money

Great location with a reasonable price. Only 3 min from homewood resorts and 10min from Tahoe city, you do get a great, cozy cabin! Check-in was a bit difficult because the Google maps address doesn't bring you to the garage, which actually is not on the street listed.

Great property for low maintenance family

We had a great stay! Here are a few things to note: I prefer a lockbox on the property to obtain the keys; this one required us to drive 40 minutes round trip out of the way to get the keys. The rental company personnel were super nice and helpful. The house was pretty clean and had some of the items we’ve come to expect in our VRBO rentals. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and very beautiful.

Thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay! Our office is located right in Tahoe City and you need to come through Tahoe City to get to the house, so it's really only about a block out of your way to pick up keys and drop them back off upon departure. We're hoping to get a door keypad at the house soon so people can just go to the house directly to check in. With lock boxes, we find people check in early and sometimes the houses are not ready for their arrival until 4pm.

Old School Tahoe

Endearing old style tahoe cabin. Not fancy but functional and super close to Homewood ski. Bring your own pillows! Would be really awesome if beds, pillows and linens were upgraded.LOVED having a garage! I can imagine this place is even better in summer since so close to lake.

Comfortable place in a great location

Overall a great experience. The place is older, but well-maintained. Downstairs, the couches are comfortable, the dining room table if a good size (6 fit easily), and the layout is good for everyone being together. Upstairs, things are generally fine, but one of the beds made a bit of noise every time someone moved. Great wrap-around deck with ample seating.Check-in and check-out are via lock-box, so very easy. Clean up procedures were very simple (start the dishwasher, take out the trash).Great location. Easy drive to Emerald Bay and Truckee. About a half mile walk to a small market. Minute walk to a private beach. Great neighborhood overall.Communication with management company was pretty good. One email did go unanswered during our stay, but it ended up not being a big deal. This was during Memorial Day, so it's understandable they were extra busy.

It was a little noisy for me as I could hear Hwy 89 traffic. Pull down shades need to be upgraded. House needs bear wires as I had a visit from Smokey at the kitchen window in board daylight. Front and back doors need an upgrade with double paned windows. House should have been cleaner.

A Find in Westshore Tahoe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to the Chalet on Moana Circle. It's an old Tahoe cabin with a pretty updated inside. You can walk to a pier and watch the night sky or sit in the quiet of the morning with your coffee while the lake laps at the shore. The walk to the water is a huge perk for us. The cabin is wrapped by an enormous desk and has been updated enough to feel light and bright inside with places to sit and eat, relax, sleep and cook.We are in Tahoe for a nature experience to hike, generally. Westshore is a more peaceful spot. We love being 5 minutes from Sugar Pine Point State Park, Desolation Wilderness and easy access to Granite Chief Wilderness. We cooked and ate out - both were easy, but most of all this is a beautiful spot to come home after a long day of hiking and continue to enjoy the beauty of being in the mountains. We will always stay here.Bathrooms are small. This isn't a luxury property in that way, but they have everything you need.

Team Snowboard

A 15 min drive to Palisades. The property was a wonderful halfway house for us. The stocked fire wood and cozy cabin vibe made sleeping next to the large main room fireplace a true joy. This house has all the necessary items to be be a comfortable home away from home. Size of water heater is unknown but the property could benefit from a tankless water heater upgrade.

Location, location, location!

The Moana Chalet is ideally located on the West Shore. The HOA has a private beach and pier to enjoy. It happens to be a stones throw away from Chambers Landing. You can cook meals in or you can choose from many nearby restaurants if you want to relax instead. I would rent here again!
