Situé à seulement 45 minutes de Grand Rapids, cette maison de 3000 pieds carrés pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes est parfaite pour ceux qui cherchent à faire des souvenirs qui durent. Que vous passiez vos journées à pêcher, nager, faire du kayak, du paddleboard ou simplement vous réunir avec vos proches sur les vastes ponts (supérieurs et inférieurs), vous êtes sûr d'avoir des vacances inoubliables dans cette maison spacieuse avec plus de 100 pieds de plage de sable fin. Petit lac de sable!

LE LAC
Little Sand Lake est un lac de 80 acres tous sports situé près de Grant, MI. 3 kayaks, 2 planches à pagaie et 1 pédalo sont inclus dans cette location. Les bateaux à moteur ne sont pas disponibles avec cette location, mais les clients peuvent apporter leur propre bateau à utiliser. Il y a un lancement de bateau public à travers le lac de la maison.

Great property for a family vacation! The house alone had plenty of space for our group of 15, then the outdoor space was even better. Quiet lake front property with a sandy beach to relax on day/night. Overall, great stay- we already booked for next year!

Wonderful Lake House!!

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The house was so spacious and clean and the backyard/lake is amazing. The amenities they included were helpful, and the beach toys (paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, life jackets, etc.) were used so many times during the week. We would love to stay here again on the future!

The house was amazing with tons of space for our multiple families without feeling like we were right on top of each other. The house was very clean with lots of little extras throughout the house. We appreciated all the water toys (paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, paddle boat) and the large firepit on the beach. Can not express enough how fabulous our stay was.

Great family home

Highly recommend this home. The layout is perfect with many bedrooms beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil needed. Our six grandchildren spent hours playing on the beach and swimming. Lots of outdoor toys, the dock to fish from, paddle boat swimming platform and more. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful lake house!

This was a perfect house for our 16 member family trip (8 adults and 8 kids, ages 5-13). The decks were beautiful and spacious - we ate most meals outside - and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Great space and great hosts!

Great multi family house

Blue house on Sand Lake

Everything was just like the photos on VRBO. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed fishing, swimming (though a little mucky) boating and just hanging out together. Owners were responsive to some small things that came up. Great place to spend the week with family.

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities

This is the absolute best house on Little Sand Lake. It has everything you could need and more for a summer vacation. Perfect for teens with lots of water activities and yard space for volleyball, etc. Rent the pontoon boat for sunset cruises. Great option for this unusual 2020 summer when travel was limited. The owners were super helpful and responsive.

Great House and Host for a Christmas Holiday

We have a large family with many children and were looking for a location that would house all of comfortably during the holidays and this was the perfect place. The set up with great with 5 bedrooms for the adults and a fun bunk room for the kids downstairs. It has all the amenities, the host have thought of it all in terms of what the house comes with (kitchen gear, bedding, towels, etc), instructions, and helpful tips. We enjoyed our time and the host was also responsive to our questions when they arose. Thanks for a great holiday vacation.

Beautiful Blue Lake House

Our family just finished a 7 night stay at the Blue Lake House. We had 15 people (8 adults and 7 kids) in the house. Our group had more than enough room. The house is super clean, updated, and has everything you could need or want. There are so many games and toys for adults and kids…a great added bonus! The balcony views of the lake is stunning and so relaxing. The owners were so sweet and accommodating to us and went above and beyond. We look forward to returning!

Fabulous for the whole family!

This is our second time here with our extended family of 19, with 11 kids ranging from age 5 to 14. The last time we were there they had three kayaks and this time they had five kayaks! The lakeside, hot tub, kayaks, pedal boats and fire pit are great fun. The trees were turning and beautiful. We go somehwere once a year as a family, and having been in many VRBOs, this is by far the best stocked kitchen. It has every utensil, dish, pan you could possibly want.

Besides the beautiful house and relaxing atmosphere you will get more than you need.

The owners went all out to give you a vacation home where you can relax and unwind. We have rented other large homes but we were constantly amazed at the details Sara and Pete went to make sure we were comfortable. There were utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. for every need. The home was clean and relaxing. All we needed was to pack a few days clothing (they have two efficient washers and dryers) and the food we needed. Best place ever!!!!
