Venez profiter de votre escapade dans les Smoky Mountains dans notre cottage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. À seulement quelques minutes des zones locales de Maggie Valley et Waynesville. Un court trajet en voiture de Cherokee ou Asheville et des attractions touristiques environnantes. Le cottqage a une vue superbe et dispose d'un accĂšs pavĂ© Ă  la maison.
Le salon a une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et concept ouvert avec cuisine et salle Ă  manger. Le maĂźtre dispose d'un lit king size et d'une douche. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une combinaison baignoire-douche. Chaque chambre est Ă©quipĂ©e de la tĂ©lĂ©vision et du cïżœïżœble.

Beautiful home, well stocked and convenient location. Only complaint (which wasn't enough to effect 5 stars) was Internet is higher net and was out the whole time we were there. Our contact(Melissa) was very helpful and tried to get it resolved but company couldn't come service until after our trip ended. Satellite TV was good but will go out in the rain.

Million Dollar View

Property exceed our expectations and Ms. Melissa was very responsive to our questions. Definitely our list as a preferred property to return in teh Maggie Valley area.

Exceptional Vacation Home

This is our 5th VRBO house in the area and by far the best. The house was spotless and very well stocked. It has a nice view of the mountains from the lovely deck. We kept the bird feeders full so we could enjoy all the birds. It is perfect for 2 couples because the second bedroom and bath are on the opposite side of the great room. It has 2 parking spaces. The master bed, couch and recliners are comfortable. All and all, we had a fabulous week and we will stay at this home again.

House was located in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable and clean. View from back deck was good, although limited. Enjoyed sitting on back deck and watching rabbits and birds at feeder. Suggestions: upgrade and furnish additional pillows for beds, 2) furnish a reasonable supply of trash bags for kitchen 3) furnish a reasonable supply of toilet paper and paper towels ( at least 2 rolls per room). There is a family of groundhogs living in a den in the rocks by the steps on the East side. (FYI)

Located between Waynesville and Maggie Valley

Immaculate, well appointed home with easy paved road access. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. The bedrooms and baths are large with plenty of closet, shelves and hooks for clothing, etc. The porch with swing is relaxing. The “million dollar view” is obstructed by 3 large trees but the mountains can be seen on either side of the trees. The neighborhood is quiet but road noise can be heard while outside but all is quiet inside. Internet connectivity was slow and no streaming available on TV which is typical in mountain areas.

The cabin had everything we needed for a great Christmas vacation. The fireplace really made it for us and kept the cabin nice and warm when the weather got cold. It was beautiful from the minute we opened the door and it felt like home! Rooms we spacious, beds super comfy, view spectacular and had lots of amenities. We will definitely be back to this cabin again perhaps in summer or fall. Driveway a bit steep for winter ice and snow but the neighbor was incredibly helpful in getting us up the hill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is great. It’s not as secluded as we were used to but the area felt safe and friendly. All linen is new. You can absolutely tell that this is a newly refurbished cabin. We had one TINY gripe; the checkout instructions asked for all items to be put away. The last guests had put the chopping board away wet and it had got blackspot mould on it. This isn’t the owners fault at all; just may be better for guests checking out to be able to leave items to dry properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family vacation home. Parking was a little interesting and kind of hard to navigate. Otherwise home was fully stocked. The view was not as good as pictured because it was summertime with lots of trees around that blocked the open view. The only other complaint was the wet and dry towels were left in the laundry basket and had not been washed. We had to wash them before use. After driving a distance, we could not shower immediately. That was an inconvenience, but otherwise good vacation home.

The blowing snows for 2 days was awesome . It was so relaxing laying in recliners with our coffee and PJs on enjoying the peaceful views and lovely home! Very roomy and so clean. Beds so comfy!!!! One thing we disliked was thin bumpy sheets on king bed!! We went and bought new ones for stay but left the old ones. Belks had Biltmore for 60.00! Great! Y’all otherwise this truly was the most wonderful stay we have experienced as far as resting and homely feeling. I will go back in a heartbeat! The location is Amazing ! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and myself just came back from a 2 week Oct/Nov fall trip visit to Maggie Valley and we stayed at the Million Dollar View rental. We absolutely loved it! Million Dollar View during peak fall mountain foliage did not dissapoint! Loved the back porch! Great views and very cozy cottage. Well equipped with a remote controlled gas fireplace it simply was relaxing and comfortable as a vacation rental should be. Tv and Internet was great! We even had a strong cellphone signal from ATT. The cottage is about 1 minute from the main rd. It's a short uphill drive on a well paved wider road. It was very clean kudos to housekeeping! We needed nothing just what they recommend you bring with you. Location was excellent. Short drives to Waynesville downtown and Maggie Valley Soco road with plenty of places to eat, shop and visit. We took a day trip to Bryson City and Gatlinburg TN as well. People around town are very friendly. Premier Vacations was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them and this cottage.
