Admirez de superbes vues sur les marais sur votre balcon privé avec moustiquaire! Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour la mer et l’air salé, la plage et la jetée de Garden City se trouvent à seulement 3 minutes à pied de votre porte. De plus, vous trouverez une variété de boutiques et de cafés à proximité.

Ce condo avec vue sur les marais à Garden City est la base idéale pour votre prochaine escapade à la plage. Inclinez-vous au bord de la piscine avec un bon livre, détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou profitez de la belle piscine avec salles de bains accessibles. Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour le surf et le soleil, marchez sur le sable de Garden City Beach pendant 3 minutes, puis rendez-vous au quai de pêche de Garden City, où vous trouverez un magasin d’atterrissage, un café et une salle de jeux familiale.

Family weekend away

We had a great time at the beach. The pier was fun to hang out on. And we could walk there which was a plus. Also being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and Shirley was quick to respond when we had any questions. It's an easy walk to the pier, beach, a couple of great local restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop. We'll definitely stay again when we get back to GCB!

I loved the condo. It was so clean, relaxing, & had everything you needed mostly. The screened in porch (balcony) was my favorite. The pool area was nice & the bathrooms were clean, but the pool & hot tub always had a lot of leaves or trash in it even early in the mornings after 9:00. Will definitely be back for sure! Loved the quietness!

Nice place!

The condo was a good size for our family of 4, we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with items we needed, much appreciated! Beds were comfortable. Porch was great and the sunsets from it were even better! We enjoyed our stay a lot! No complaints from us!

I was very pleased with my stay at Marshside Inn. This was the first time I have rented a condo in Garden City and I definitely enjoyed my stay at this particular condo. The condo was walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go that makes Garden City a great place to vacation. The kids had a great time fishing on the pier, the marshes and playing and eating at Sam’s Corner. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the condo when we were not at the ocean. The rooms are very clean and I love in the kitchen the blue tiles and the decorations in the main room attached to the balcony. The balcony overlooked the marsh so I was able to see beautiful wildlife in their natural habitat. I am thankful for the host for letting me stay. The host was wonderful and very friendly and helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend this condo who is looking for a nice relaxing stay in Garden City.

Cozy place

Nice cozy place. Kinda compact. But nice. We enjoyed the view of the marsh and napping on the porch. We enjoy the closeness of the pier and the beach. We will definitely stay again. Be aware, we had guests come down from Surfside to have supper with us in the condo. Their golf cart was towed while they were visiting us for dinner while in the condo with us eating pizza and playing cards. That was a bummer. But other than that we had a great time. I recommend this place for your vacations and I know we will want to come again. Thank you Shirley!! Beautiful place.

So sorry this happened to your friends. The parking policy is only one space per unit between Memorial Day and Labor Day. There is free parking across the street from the condo on Magnolia and also a free parking lot next to the condo for visitors.

Just right!

Clean, quiet, and nice view of marsh. Went with my parents for summer vacation. Plenty of space for 3 adults. We loved the location and short walk to the beach. Only downside is wi-fi isn't the best. Somewhat slow if trying to stream on more than one device. Not a big deal because mostly out and about enjoying the beach or the area. Will definitely book again and looking forward to the next visit!

Peaceful Escape

This condo is located in my favorite part of Horry County. Out of your balcony you have a quiet and peaceful marsh view perfect for sunrise and sunset. Out of the front door you are a short 3 minute walk to Garden City beach and all of the fun things to do. The Garden City pier is about 5 minutes walking distance, along with a few restaurants and shops. Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is about a 10 minute (or less) drive! Kroger grocery store and Garden City Walmart are also extremely close for any needs you may have. Shirley was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo had all the basic necessities and the furniture was comfy! My little girls loved the turtle theme of the condo as well. The kitchen is so pretty and seems to be newly renovated. We loved the condo so much that we decided to reserve it for another upcoming trip! We highly recommend booking with Shirley for a great beach vacation!

This is the best place to stay I felt so comfortable and safe staying with just myself and my little boy. So many nice families around to help if needed. Very clean and organized.

Weekend stay

First off, communication with the owner was good, especially since Hurricane Dorian was there a day before our check-in. We choose this property because it was located 2 blocks from our granddaughters home and we were there for a wedding. And. Because it was a new listing and usually new listings are great. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo was clean. However, one of the discussions I had with the owner via email was regarding the cleaning fee since I thought it was a little steep since I knew we would not be leaving the establishment anyway but clean. Okay, that's fine, and I would have been okay except, when we arrived, we had to make our own beds (linens were provided), the TV in the small room didn't work and the bottom bunk bed had a full size mattress instead of twin and it was hard to sleep on. I have stayed in several VRBO's and have never had to take care of linens. I don't agree with paying a cleaning fee when you have to make your beds, and then remove bedding and trash before leaving. What's the fee for? The furnishings was outdated and very used, which also surprised me with a new listing. Overall experience was okay once I got over the aggravation of the linen situation, but would not stay again.

I cannot waive the cleaning fee as you asked me to have your granddaughter clean it, due to my contract with my own cleaning lady. (she sweeps, mops, vacuums, wipes fingerprints, germs...etc., I'm sure your granddaughter could tell you all that is involved in cleaning a condo) Emptying trash is a common requirement in all rental condos. The linens were clean, and it is common practice in rentals in this area to leave them out for the guests. It is not a hotel. As for the bed sizes, they are clearly described in the description of the property, as were the photos accurately portrayed. Nothing was mis-represented in my listing. My pricing is very reasonable and reflects the quality that you are getting in my unit and in the area in general.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Shirley Dion. I live in beautiful NH with my husband Kirk. As a frequent visitor to the Myrtle Beach area, I particularly fell in love with the South Strand area. We have 9 grown children (mixed family) and 14 Grand Children who love to visit this area. We made the leap to purchase this property and use it for ourselves in spring and fall, as well as share with others. We love hosting as well as more frequent visits to beautiful South Carolina.

This property is just perfect and the best of both worlds. The beautiful sunsets over the marsh were my main attraction and the screened in porch to enjoy them! A short 3 minute walk to the beach and pier for the sunrise, and brisk morning walk, perhaps a swim in the pool, and my day is full!

Guests love the location, comfort and convenience of this condo! We truly have the best of both worlds with the Marsh view sunsets as well as beach sunrises! The close proximity to many restaurants and attractions is also a bonus. The South Strand has much to offer!
