Nestled in the woods. Two-bedrooms, sleeps five. Just a few steps to the lake shore. Fishing and water sports. Washer and dryer (new addition May 2025). Air conditioning and furnace. Open living, kitchen and dining space. 60" flat screen TV with internet and streaming options. Two small decks, charcoal and gas grill, outdoor table and a picnic table. Portable wood fire pit and a fire ring located close to the beach, firewood. 3 kayaks, dock, sandy beach & shallow swim area. Pet friendly.

18-minute drive to Nevis, MN. Nevis offers restaurant and bar establishments and some shopping options. As well as access to the Heartland trail: the area's most popular walking and biking trail. Less than an hour drive to Itasca State Park. Many other biking, hiking and ATV options in the area.

Come to relax or enjoy one of the many activities this area has to offer. Come for the peace and calm of beautiful Minnesota evening, as you listen to loons while sitting around a crackling fire, under a canopy of more stars than you can imagine. Property came just as advertised!Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels (bath and beach).Kitchen was nicely stocked, plenty of appliances.Nice large Smart TV; Roku was available and you could log into your own accounts!Nicely kept large yard with plenty of lawn chairs; fire pits and wood was provided. Lakeview with long waterfront including a small beach!We were able to catch fish from the dock!

Good location and it was awesome to have jayk’s we could use and a grill with charcoal. Kitchen tools were stocked well. Also included beach towels. We were able to bring our 2 dogs also.

We had a great stay at this property. We loved being right on the lake. It was furnished very comfortably & the hosts were quick with responses if we had any questions. It has a good location for visiting towns such as Nevis, Park Rapids , Walker & Itasca State Park.

Beautiful and quant. No issues at all. Caught a lot of fish off the dock, dogs swam for three days straight. Saw deer, loons and bald eagles flee right over us!

Great place!

Easy to set up, very comfortable and clean cabin with a dock to tie a boat to. The owners are very friendly and we're even willing to drive me to and from the boat launch since I was on my own. I would recommend this place to anyone.

As advertised; clean, cozy, well appointed. The response to availabilty to electric at the dock (which was important) was replyed to quickly. As was our questiin about the furnace as the first night was pretty cool. Quiet, what we needed. Really enjoyed!

We are semi-retired, married couple from Hutchinson, MN who have owned property on this lake since 1995. We have 4 grown daughters, sons in laws and six grandchildren. We have spent many years making wonderful family memories on 3rd Crow Wing Lake. Lake life has been a very significant part of who we are. Entertaining and sharing our spot with family and friends over the years has turned into traditions and way of life. We enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature this area offers.

Located next door to our main cabin. It has served as an over flow for our guests and now has become a wonderful opportunity for us to share with others who want to experience this area.

Located in a low populated area, nestled in the woods. Abundant wild life all around.
