Cette maison de plain-pied offre une vue imprenable sur le lac George tout en offrant tout le confort de la maison. L'emplacement de Sabbath Day Point offre un cadre calme "hors 9N" avec une pelouse d'herbe spacieuse qui descend doucement vers le bord du lac bien aménagé - y compris une plage de sable fin.

La maison a été récemment rénovée et offre amplement d'espace pour se détendre et profiter. La Master Suite comprend un lit king size, avec salle de bain privée et une véranda grillagée. La suite de la suite Mini Master bénéficie également d'une vue sur le lac et dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Il y a un lit superposé dans une chambre et une autre chambre a un lit queen / lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain séparée entre les chambres avec douche. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure et un bain de pieds pour rincer après les activités du lac et de la pelouse.

Les espaces communs comprennent une cuisine avec un îlot pour servir et manger. Une salle à manger spacieuse peut accueillir dix personnes et offre une vue sur le lac depuis la table. Le salon offre une retraite intérieure pour regarder la télévision ou se détendre avec un livre tout en regardant les activités du lac.

Le pont surdimensionné sera un lieu de rassemblement préféré pour regarder toute l'action sur le lac. Il y a deux tables à manger et un grill, ce qui permet d'installer facilement tous les invités à l'extérieur lorsque vous le souhaitez.

Le Silver Bay YMCA est à seulement 2 miles et propose un programme complet d'activités pour les familles et un magasin de crème glacée d'été. Le début du sentier Tongue Mountain est juste en haut de la route et offre une randonnée d'une journée exceptionnelle. La ville de La Haye est à six kilomètres à peine avec des magasins et des restaurants ainsi qu'une plage publique et une rampe de mise à l'eau. Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez dans l'un des ports de plaisance locaux.

En hiver, il existe de nombreuses possibilités pour la raquette, le ski et la motoneige ou tout simplement pour profiter d'un hiver Adirondack.

Adirondack Getaway

We have stayed at this property for 3 years straight and it has never disappointed. Its location on the lake simply cannot be beat, and the majesty of the surrounding water and mountains is truly breathtaking. A perfect Adirondack setting for families in a clean, well maintained home.

Wonderful location

A clear view of morning sunshine, down the lawn to the dock. A wonderful property, spacious, meticulously clean, and updated. Location is a little further from town; perfectly quiet. Our second stay here - feeling like ‘home’!

The perfect spot

This was our second trip to Lake George and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jim was a great host and the house accommodated everyone very comfortably. We loved the big yard for our wiffle ball and spike ball tournaments. We liked being further north on the lake, away from the boat traffic. Thank you Jim for a great vacation.

the perfect get-away

I cannot give a higher review. The home and property was just as listed. So clean and organized. The owner was very available if needed and easy communication. We enjoyed the home for our small family reunion with lots of space for chats and meals and room outdoors and on the water for playing games. We would love to come again! Fabulous Stay on Lake George

We absolutely loved our stay on Sabbath Day Point. It was peaceful, beautiful, and thoroughly enjoyable. The setting could not have been better, with a beach area, dock, and lovely rolling yard. There were also several other pleasant sitting areas, such as the deck and screened in porch. We could listen to the birds and lapping water, and jump in for a swim or kayak whenever we wished. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed was provided, and even the one rainy day was happily spent doing puzzles and playing games in the cozy living room. We love the area too. It's close to the Silver Bay YMCA but also quiet and serene. Our host was kind and helpful too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful weekend in Silver Bay!

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 10-12 had a truly wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful property. The house is very spacious and was more than comfortable for all 8 of us. The main living area is large and open, with ample room for everyone to spread out. There are several options for places to eat meals - large indoor dining table, breakfast counter, deck, and screened porch - and most rooms have views of the lake. And the views! We all enjoyed time just sitting on the deck watching the water. The other outdoor spaces were also wonderful. The private dock was convenient for our boat rental and we enjoyed a couple of nights of s’mores at the fire pit. Every area indoors and out was clean and tidy. One person in our group claimed to be “not a lake person” and was converted by this stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Lake George vacation!

Gorgeous home with breathtaking views and super accommodating host

Welcome to paradise! If you want a show stopping view, this is the house for you! Gorgeous Lake George can be seen from nearly every room in the house. It has everything you need to enjoy it, from kayaks, to a private beach and a perfectly situated fire pit overlooking the water. All necessities were included (dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, bath and beach towels, etc.), which made packing light and easy. Although we had quite possibly the worst weather for our stay, we were able to build family memories against a stunning, albeit gray, background. Jim was incredible to work with and was constantly reliable with his response time and accommodation to our particular needs. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better home, host and experience. We will undoubtedly be staying at here again in the very near future!

Sabbath Day Point

This property is a true ADK gem. Located on the Northern Basin of Lake George, the property has everything that a family could look for in a vacation spot: large lake frontage, an expansive yard leading down to the lake, deck for dining + grilling, dock for boating (and easy shore fishing for the kids) and views of the lake and eastern shore mountains that will continually remind you as to why Lake George became an Adirondack destination in the first instance. The house itself is exactly as advertised with no unexpected surprises. And the owners are great hosts that clearly take pride in their property. Add in that, for the history buff in the family, you will be staying at a precise point on the lake that has previously seen lots of activity during the French and Indian War (British encampment sites) and was a direct stop on General Knox’s famous trip from Tinconderoga to Cambridge delivering cannons to General Washington. Highly recommended. For any Lake George enthusiast: will not disappoint.

It's all about location

The location was perfect - loved having a sandy beach and dock - the deck was awesome - three full bathrooms a real plus - the lay-out of the home was super comfortable for 6 adults and a 15 month old - washer/dryer came in handy too and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly need - loved our stay - Thank you !

Perfect location

This house and property are exactly as advertised. The location on the lake is spectacular, with a sandy beach and a dock to swim/boat off of. There is a great yard to play, and we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch and having dinner on the deck every night. The house accommodated our family really well with 2 master bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and 2 additional rooms with bunkbeds for the kids. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed...we cooked every night! Jim, the owner is helpful and responsive. We had a great week at the house and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We enjoyed our vacation at this property immensely. Amazing location, huge backyard and private dock which we were able to keep a rented boat for the week.. House was clean and was as advertised. An incredible piece of land and a very comfortable house with everything we needed. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. The view was amazing and the lawn was large with plenty of room for activities. We had an amazing trip and the time spent was peaceful and full Of quality. I will be returning
