Duplex magnifiquement décoré, trÚs propre et spacieux à distance de marche de la plage, des boutiques hors taxes, de la vie nocturne et des restaurants cinq étoiles. Ce duplex à trois niveaux propose 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains et un parking privé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 voitures. Dormir confortablement 12 w / deux suites de maßtre et une au niveau inférieur pour les clients qui ne font pas bien les étapes. Great place. Great location.

We were very pleased with the property. Centrally located and plenty of parking. There was a game room garage area on the bottom floor that was used all week long.

This property had everything for our families to stay at during our time at the bench. Plenty of space to sleep up to 10 people if needed. Beach is a short five minute walk from the property, making days at the beach enjoyable!Plenty of pots, pans and dishes at your disposal to make dinner in if you don't feel like going out. The garage was set up with a TV and ping pong for having some fun if the weather gets a bit rainy. Would definitely stay here again!

âž»We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The main living area was perfect for our group of 10 to relax and spend time together, and we loved that there was plenty of parking for everyone.A couple of small things to note — some of the pillows could use refreshing, and in the upstairs queen room the vent blows right over the bed. The bunk room mattresses also had a few springs noticeable. These were minor details though, and did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.Overall, this was a great house that checked all the boxes for our beach trip. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!!!

Relaxing in Dewey!

Fantastic location on a quiet street. Short walk to beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, etc.. Home is well equipped and bright and airy! Fun game room too!

We had such a great stay here. No issues with the house. It was clean and as pictured - even bigger actually! It was extremely easy to check in. AMAZING location to beach and bars/restaurants.

Great week at the beach!

Kids loved it. Inside space is great, but the outside area is not fantastic (basically just the back of the driveway). If that doesn't matter, then great! Very close to beach and restaurants.

Amazing house close to beach/bars/bay/restaurants

Our family/friend group has been staying at the same house for three years, but the owner decided to sell so we had to find a new place for 12 of us (ages 34-51). This place did not disappoint! It has a lot of community space, a beautiful kitchen for cooking family dinners, and a garage where those who wanted to play games could hang out. I know some other reviews mentioned the lack of yard but there is space to hang outside in the grass and there is a cute set up of Adirondack chairs/table at the end of the gravel driveway. We were lucky enough to meet the owner on checking in and she was very nice and helpful. REMAX, who the property goes through also responded rapidly to any questions we had leading up to and during the trip. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay next year for our annual Memorial Day reunion!

Property was spotless. Beautiful rooms and furniture. Ping pong table was an added fun time. Walk to beach was not too long and nice to be close to town. Only one thing could have been nice was to have an outdoor porch to sit on in the evening. We all enjoyed it.

Spacious and very Clean!

We had a lovely time! The house was very roomy and clean. We had several little ones, teenagers and adults. We never felt on top of one another. The pong pong room in the garage was a nice bonus room!

Multi-generation family beach trip

My extended family stayed at this lovely duplex for our beach week this summer. We had two adults 65+, four other adults and three kids ages 6-12. There was plenty of space for all of us, the distance to the beach was very convenient, and the kids loved the pool table. It was SSU to hear sound from the other unit, but it was empty part of our stay so it didn’t bother us too much.

plenty of space

The bedrooms and bathrooms were aplenty. But the one negative about the property is there is no outside space. There is no little veranda or porch to have your morning coffee or nightcap. When we checked in, there were a few issues, hair in the showers, broken cabinet door, dirty - cheesy pan in the oven and a broken toilet. ReMaxx was not communicative until the next day. That was disappointing and discouraging.

Intrusive

The property owner walked into the place using the code with no warning. We were all at the beach or mini golf. My sons freind with anxiety stayed back saying he needed alone time. The realtor walked in and found things she did not like. Rather than letting me address the concerns we were kicked out with an hour notice. Seems like a scam to me and would not rent with ReMax anywhere or anytime in the future. Renting with Remax you give up any right to privacy or fairness

Great spot for a family vacation!

We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful vacation home since there were not a lot of reviews when we booked it. We had 12 people and it was so nice that everyone had a bed. The house is much bigger than it looks with lots of living space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, and there was an extra supply of detergent and some other items that you sometimes luck into but do not always know if they will be there (although this is not advertised or promised, it is obvious they do not clear out these staples to make it a bare bones situation). There were also some games and books which was a nice surprise. As well, the complaints about the outdoor space have been solved by a lovely area on the rock driveway with adirondack chairs placed in a circle. This was a great place to sit and read and have morning coffee, or a drink after dinner. The outdoor shower made it so easy to clean off before entering the house. Our college aged kids also loved the downstairs space with the ping pong table and hung out there just about every night, and we could not hear a thing since we were asleep on a different level. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator stopped working on the second day, and when we called the realtor was great about getting someone same day to fix. When it needed a part that had to be ordered, they delivered a replacement refrigerator, which was appreciated. We hope to be back to this property next year!

Had a great week. House was roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. We’ll-equipped. Only drawbacks were that the outside showers were not functional - could see in the one garage where a pipe that fed water to them was cut. Also missed having an outdoor space to sit such as a deck, patio or balcony. Still a great week.

Property was great, 5 bedrooms and very clean. Game room was a nice touch. There ended up being a second unit on the property, but the other party was very cool so we had no issues.

Long Weekend

Check in/out process was so easy and the house was perfect for what we were looking for!! Weather was great and the location was perfect to walk to and from local restaurants and bars.

Great location for family vacation

Pros- Short walking distance to beach, and shops, ping pong table was a bonus and other board games provided, house was clean, had plenty of seating in living room for 9 of our family members, good size kitchen table , clean outside shower, plenty of parking. Cons/ needs Updates : Downstairs bathroom toilet was not flushing when we arrived- called property manager- right away after trying to plunge ourselves ( there was a plunger in bathroom so I suspect this was a reoccurring issue- dealing with clogged toilet next to the eating area is not how one wants to start a vacation ). They said they would send someone to fix it “some time during the week” but were a no show. in kitchen- only one chopping knife and cutting board, coffee makers were both broken and there were not very many serving or mixing bowls. Beds were pretty uncomfortable- and bring your own pillows. All and all , we enjoyed our stay and had a good time in this location.
