Grande maison sur Clayton St. quelques propriétés de la plage 2 cuisines (1 à chaque étage) 3 salons 5 chambres et un loft (le loft a 2 lits jumeaux) vous offrent beaucoup d'espace de couchage air central wifi et internet tv, laveuse / sécheuse douche extérieure belle cour arriÚre avec foyer / barbecue au charbon de bois 2 chambres au premier étage, la configuration est idéale pour les grandes familles qui veulent rester ensemble, mais peuvent trouver un peu de vélos de séparation et des chaises de plage sur le porche avant au deuxiÚme étage des ponts à l'avant et à l'arriÚre

Great location

The house was clean, easy to check in, the location was great and there was room for all guests. There was plenty of parking, the distance to the beach was great and the location in town was great for walking to all kinds of restaurants and bars. Definitely would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The beach was so close, and the access to a beach wagon, boogie boards, and sand toys was an added bonus! The check-in process was very easy, and the house itself offered a lot of space for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Beach house dream

We had a wonderful stay in Dewey beach celebrating my sister’s bachelorette! The property was beautiful and comfortably slept 12 of us. The house was conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. Jim was great to work with leading up to our stay and a wonderful host! Make sure to bring sheets, towels and extra toiletries.

60th Birthday family celebration

We had a great time spending time together. We went to the wonderful beach, down the street from us! Enjoyed shopping and eating in Rehobeth and just enjoyed sitting around in the house talking, watching movies and sharing. The house gave us all of these opportunities to enjoy each other. Each room was inviting and allowed us to space to enjoy. My husband lived on the deck just watching the beach and the people walk by.

This is a beautiful home, exactly as advertised, with remarkably close access to a beautiful beach. Lewes and Rehobeth are close by. There’s abundant equipment at the home too- bikes, beach carts, boogie boards, chairs. Packing for beach excursions can be an exercise in rigorous inventory management, but being able to count on beach staples already being at the house takes the hassle out of it. The rooms were clean, the gas stove allowed us to cook up tasty meals (beef bulgogi!), there was even a grill we didn’t get a chance to use. Communication by the host was excellent. This is a great home to stay at!

Great location

Stayed here a second year and all was good both years. Unfortunately we have to get a house with more bedrooms in the future or we’d be staying here again. Great location for the beach and dining out.

Perfect for Large Families

The property was better than we expected from he photos and description. Tons of room for our families to spread out, with great balconies and outdoor space. We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to so many shops, coffee, icecream, mini golf and restaurants. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommend.

20 Clayton is Wonderful

20 Clayton was perfect for our family. It is beach block, spacious and clean. Back yard was amazing for the little ones. Jim was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We loved our stay on Clayton. We had 12 people with us and had plenty of space to spread out or be together. . Lots of areas for sitting, 4 living rooms, 2 decks, 2 dining tables. Nice kitchen with quality cookware. Air conditioner worked well. Parking for 5 or 6 cars. Lots of bikes and beach chairs at the house. Excellent location to the beach and shops. Beds were comfortable. TV was strange because we couldn't stream anything and it constantly buffered but not a big deal since we weren't there to watch tv. Breaker box in back bedroom tripped everytime we used the dryer. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our stay!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Jim's beach home. It served our purposes perfectly with the two separate living spaces. It was a great way to separate our teenage boys from the moms while still keeping tabs on them. The house was very clean, although there was a slightly musty smell in parts. There were also a few flies that greeted us when we arrived, but those things normally happen at the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Jim was a very responsive host and we would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful trip and many fond memories.

Great location! Close to Beach and everything!

Location! Location! Location! Walk to everything you need. Take the trolley to Rehoboth boardwalk. This property has all that and more. Interior is a mix of dated and updated but plenty of room for the big family. We had 10 in all and it was not issue. 4 Bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready quickly and have some privacy. Only negative is noise due to its location to downtown Dewey. Everything is close and convenient but that comes with additional noise. Nothing woke anyone up from sleeping but it is clearly louder on the weekends. Other than that it was great, the communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 10 (+1 infant)

This is the first time that any of us have visited Dewey Beach, and this was the perfect location! Being less than one block from the beach and not having to cross any roads was ideal. We were also a short walk from all of the popular restaurants on the main strip in addition to ice cream vendors, coffee shops, beach accessory stores, and a handful of convenience stores. The beach itself was quiet and clean, and had an umbrella and chair rental at this access point. The house itself was as advertised in the listing. It fit our group of 10 with enough space that everyone could have their own areas without feeling like they were on top of each other. Having 2 kitchens and 2 balconies was nice. The outdoor shower and free to use beach gear and bikes were much appreciated! The only negative I would call out is that the cleaning between tenants left something to be desired. Especially since our 12 month old seemed to find all of the areas under and behind furniture that looked like they weren't cleaned often. The first time that we used the washing machine our clothes were covered in sand from the prevous tenants, but that seemed to get better when we ran subsequent loads. The parking comfortably fit 5 medium to large cars. However, you have to park in a straight line so if someone other than the last car in has to leave then you must move vehicles around. This was not a problem for us as the area is so walkable we rarely had to drive, but it's important to note.

Great location, comfortable house!

The house location was amazing. The property is better than the pictures, and the communication with the property managers was fabulous. They were extra accommodating. The cleaning crew didn’t impress us. Maybe we’re just clean freaks, but we felt like it could have been a little more meticulously cleaned. Other than that, seriously amazing house! Worth the money! So comfortable!

Great location, wacky floor plan, small bedrooms, nice remodeled kitchen and upstairs family room. The rest of the house is quite worn and dated. Furniture like a college student's cast offs or deceased grandma's mismatched furniture. Weeds in the yard, etc. Everything worked OK.

Overall better than expected

Location for younger generations just perfect. Next to the mini golf course which gave much entertainment. Walking to all the restaurants and ice cream shops just wonderful. Lots of rooms in the house so one could be alone or with a crowd. we've rented various houses for 50 years and always needed to supplement something. Not so with this house; it was everything!
