Very unique house with amazing places to enjoy the view and relax. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare our meals. The neighborhood is quiet and also close to shopping. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This house ROCKS!

We were amazed at how this house blended in with the bouldered landscape. Loved the many outdoor spaces and floor to ceiling windows thru out. If you are looking for TV's in every room this isn't the place for you. It's all about the views. There is a hike in the neighborhood to petroglyphs we enjoyed too. fyi-the shower takes 5 min to heat up so be prepared for that.

Great place but not

Can someone please calm me about our trip, the hot tub was unable to be used called but no one came to fix it, downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush and shower would not get hot, multiple things are broken in the house and no propane was available to use the gril. We would like some of our money back for this stay

Beautiful property

Simply amazing! This property is a must see beautiful architecture, uniquely nestled in the boulders with views from every direction. Our stay was during Christmas which is also my daughter’s birthday. Property manager went above and beyond in providing us with a fully decorated Christmas tree. Home had all household appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back.

Thanksgiving getaway

My son is a student at Embry-Riddle, and was unable to come home for the holidays, so we packed up and drove from FL to AZ to visit. This house was AMAZING and was everything we needed to host Thanksgiving. It's just my husband, our 16yr old daughter and our 18yr old son. What perfect accommodation for us. The hot tub was perfectly hot, the pizza oven was so fun to use (we make pizzas at home regularly and our son was dying to have good pizza with us again), the bedrooms were perfect, and the kitchen is FULLY stocked!!! AND you can't beat the views! Talk about the best sunsets and sunrises!! The location can't be beat either. Anything you need is no more than a few miles away. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prescott, and we will keep it on our. List of places to book again.

A beautiful spot

The house is an architectural gem. Our favorite part was the several spots outdoors to sit back and enjoy the view, some in the shade, some in the sun, all pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub a joy, the beds comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and pleasant. We felt lucky to be able to spend time in such a beautiful location.

Patios for days!

Beautiful property less than a 5 minute drive from Whiskey Row but you feel like you are in the trees far from town. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, but other than that it is a great property in a beautiful location that really can't be beat. The house is unique and has views from every room! Outside spaces are everywhere to enjoy the cool Prescott weather and sunsets.

Quiet home in Prescott

Very unique home in Prescott. Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend increasing the temp of the hot water heater to have a warmer shower.

Nice Introduction to Prescott!

This home was fantastic with beautiful views of the Prescott Forest mountains and Thumb Butte! Lots of unique outdoor spaces to relax among the boulders. The only issue was that the BBQ grill was broken and the management company was informed.

Amazing house with all the views and location near Whiskey Row.

The house is so unique and has many places to take in views and chill. It was an 7min drive down to Whiskey Row and all the fun shops and delicious food. It was very easy to hop out and about and come back to recharge at the house. Great night sky views and a safe beautiful neighborhood. I personally loved how all the houses were built among the bolders, probably my favorite thing about staying there. Binder with instructions and recommendations was good to have. Would go back for sure.

Much needed vacation

We met our daughter in Phoenix. We drove here to Prescott and when we pulled up to the house we were amazed at how beautiful it is. We relaxed, enjoyed the hot tub, the pizza oven and made a fire and played games. We had great quality time together.

Cool House

Spent 3 nights in January 2024 and had a very relaxing stay....plenty of firewood and great views!! Love the different patio areas and pizza oven!! We also got lucky and weather was perfect!!!

Wedding stay -

Absolutely beautiful home! We never want to stay anywhere else when we are in Prescott! Easy to find & to drive in any vehicle. I already miss the sound of the water fall in the evening. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pizza oven but next trip for sure!
