Vous planifiez vos vacances à l'OBX? Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre dans le luxe et passer du bon temps dans le style!
Nous sommes situĂ©s juste aprĂšs le poste de 6 km dans Kill Devil Hills, dans une partie Ă©troite de l’üle. C’est Ă  quelques pas du magnifique son oĂč vous pourrez vous promener, faire du vĂ©lo ou courir sur le sentier de Bay Drive. Si vous souhaitez passer du temps Ă  la plage et vous amuser dans les vagues, la promenade jusqu’à l’ocĂ©an est encore plus courte. À votre retour, la douche extĂ©rieure rincera le sable.
Nous sommes situés à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques préférées, du golf putt putt ainsi que de plusieurs épiceries.
Les clients auront accĂšs Ă  toute la maison qui comprend:
-une salle de divertissement au rez-de-chaussée avec bar, réfrigérateur, table de baby-foot et salle de bain complÚte
- un espace de vie principal au deuxiÚme étage avec une cuisine bien équipée et une table à manger pour 8 personnes, un beau salon avec une cheminée à gaz et une télévision de 60 ", un porche, une demi-salle de bain et une chambre avec 1 lit queen-size, une laveuse et sécheuse.
Le troisiĂšme Ă©tage comprend une spacieuse chambre principale avec un lit king-size, un coin salon et une salle de bains privative, une chambre lit queen-size, une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains dans le hall.
-Nous avons un laissez-passer de stationnement à la disposition de nos locataires sur un parking en bord de mer à proximité.
-Nous avons des serviettes de plage et des chaises pour alléger votre charge lorsque vous embarquez dans votre voiture.

Nice Vacation rental

This home was completely furnished and very clean. The host were excellent and very helpful with information about the area and places to visit. Definitely recommend this home.

Perfect little place!

This is the perfect beach house on the sound side! Super close to the beach and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to Target, Coffee, beach stores and restaurants. Very clean and cozy on the inside with a beautiful wrap around porch. I would recommend this house over and over again!!!

The house is exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, with all of the amenities!! The location was perfect, we were able to drive around the Outer Banks and found this to be a great home away from home. We how to go back again!

Kill Devil Hills Beach House

We had the pleasure of staying mid July and had a wonderful experience. The homeowners were very efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for future guests.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here. It was close to a lot of things. Really loved fishing and playing pinball at the pier. The house was great for my family of 3 and our friends family of 4. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful and answered all my questions. We really did have a wonderful time.

OBX Perfection

This place is perfect! Everything is as described - the house is gorgeous, updated and decorated well. The location to the beach along with the parking pass makes things very easy - a two minute car ride. Check in/out and communication were simple and they were there for us for anything we needed.

Your home was just as advertised and lovely. We enjoyed our time there. The owners were very available to contact and helpful. The only small thing that I had not expected was no closet storage space available.

Relaxed and rested

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie! Our whole family enjoyed the home, it was clean and comfortable and very cutely decorated. The parking pass for the beach was so convenient. The communication from the owners was detailed which was much appreciated. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Ooh la la! Sea La Vie!

This vacation home turned out to be nicer than advertised. As soon as we walked in we absolutely loved all the spaces. Everything was clean, tidy, and airy. The kitchen was well equipped; the master bathroom was awe-inspiring, and the board games came in handy on the night we stayed in. Karen & Thiery are great hosts! We highly recommend this vacation home to others and we'll definitely be back!

Awesome

This was the second time we spent a week in Karen&Thiery's house and we had a wonderful vacation! We still love the house, the interior design, the kitchen, the rooms and now the new bathroom was amazing. This year we used the grill as well, which helped to overcome the pandemic problems and even the kids liked the grilled food. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway to the Outer Banks

Our family (4 adults, + kids age 4 and 1) had a lovely vacation here; this was easily the nicest beach rental we have ever stayed at; and the thoughtful communication with the owners was top-notch hospitality. House was great for our group - gorgeous master suite for me, my wife and our 1 year old, and nice sized bedrooms for 2 other adults and our 4 year old, sharing 2 full baths between the 3 of them. The house is also really nicely decorated in beach themes. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted, and the new grill with grill tools were great for cooking out and dining al fresco. Array of board games was a benefit with the kids - got to play Trouble! for the first time since I was a kid myself on a seaside vacation :-) Having both a living room on the main floor and den downstairs was also great, so we could enjoy movies downstairs without waking the kids upstairs. Location was very convenient overall, on a quiet street a couple of blocks from the highway. Easy walk to a good coffee shop and a good beer/wine/cigar store. Easy to drive to a huge Publix supermarket to stock up on food for the house or the beach. Also nice that both beach chairs and beach towels were available. I think it would be walkable to the beach if you were committed to it and didn't have a lot of stuff. But with small kids and a grandmother, a cooler, beach umbrella and stuff, then having the option of using the parking lot right next to the beach was very convenient. Overall we loved our stay and really appreciated our hosts, who were proactive in sharing information, answered all our questions promptly and shared some great local dining tips when we asked for them. The house is great - and the first rental I've ever stayed in that made me think we ought to step up our game in beautifying our own home. Literally our only issue is that we should have booked a longer trip than 5 nights! Hope we'll be back in the future.

We were a group of 8 and absolutely loved our stay! The house more than comfortably fit our group with room to spare plus the decor made us quickly feel right at home! The neighborhood was walkable and the access to private beach parking was a huge bonus. The owners were very communicative and answered any and all questions very promptly and were happy to give recommendations for the area. We all highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay, amazing location just a short distance from the beach, plus the beach parking pass made things even easier with little kids (2 & 4yrs). The house is also super close to convenience stores and a lot of fun beach activities for all ages. We spent most of our time by the ocean and even did a beach bonfire one evening.The home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with all the essentials (pro tip: no need to bring beach towels or chairs), whether we were cooking in, ordering out, or just freshening up after a beach day before heading out to dinner.The host was extremely welcoming and communicative throughout the trip. Their helpful recommendations and tips really helped set the stage for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay

We stayed comfortably in this house. We preferred to cook and eat in the house instead of going to restaurants for every single meal. The house has everything cooking ware that we needed, also including some kids friendly cups and plates. One of the AC units had some issues during the stay but the owner was very responsive and contacted the hvac company to get it fixed. The location is also good. Walking distance to the beach but if you have things to carry I would suggest driving. The owner provided parking pass for the nearby parking lot at the beach. We definitely recommend staying this house!

Perfect space for our family reunion.

We really loved the house with all of its little decorative touches. It really had everything we needed and the owner was quick to respond with any concerns or needs that we had. Please note that the beach is close but definitely not walkable given the 5 lane busy highway that must be crossed to get there. The parking pass accommodates one vehicle and the parking lot always had plenty of spaces so this was a plus. We also enjoyed a couple of the board games and loved relaxing on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for us!

This house is so beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable! It is not your typical “beach bungalow”. It is way better. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need as well. We could not have asked for a better home. Thiery and Karen were very responsive and very nice. We didn’t really need them much as everything was in order but the few times I had a question, they were quick to respond. Two grocery stores are within a mile and the beach access is a super quick drive. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Stay

Family and friends got together to celebrate a birthday. The house offered great respite from midday sun and was a central launching spot for different attractions. Very nice decor and great master suite.

Lovely home

Karen and Thiery’s home is beautiful. My family and I felt very much at home and comfortable. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants. I appreciate Thiery's recommendations on what to do since it was our first time in OBX. Enjoyed the sunset walks and instructions on how to drive on the beach :D. Will be back soon! Thank you!!
