Good Value

The good: Clean Well equipped Good views of marina and ocean Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants Check-in and communication were exemplary Not as good: Air conditioner is noisy and blows right on bed Decor is a bit dated Bad: The sofa and chair are disgusting, need replacement or slip covers.

Perfect stay in Waikiki

Good property with amazing views. We had amazing time staying at this property. Walking distance to Ala Moana park mall and Waikiki beach. Lots of good places to eat and breakfast in cinnamon is great. Had couple of live performances throughout the week of our stay. I recommend doing the valet parking at the property to avoid all the hassle. Room requires new sofas as the one they have had lots of stains on it. We covered it with the extra sheets that were provided. Overall we had a best time.

Loved that you had a the perfect stay in Waikiki! The views are one of the best in the building. We do periodically upholstery clean the sofa, but we understand some stains are stubborn and won't come out. Hope we can welcome you again soon!

The view was better than expected. The Unit was immaculate and everything functioned perfectly. No issues. We love to stay there again. Great Value. Thanks a million for making our vacation the BEST!!!

Good value and clean

Good for the price. Great view of ocean and sunsets. Comfy bed and pillows. This unit 1302 Alikai had no hot water pressure in kitchen to wash dishes, which was my biggest complaint. A/C is loud - I wore earplugs when I slept. Unit and building are getting dated, but for the price it worked great.

We will definitely have our maintenance check on the hot water pressure issue as it's never been an issue before & make sure to get it resolved. The window AC is a bit noisy, but some guests love to keep the lanai doors ajar for the tropical breeze to keep them cool during the night. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Pros: Excellent Location Clean Lovely Views Nice Hotel Kitchen Well Stocked Comfortable Bed Thick Towels Cons: A/C Extremely LOUD Does Not Feel Luxurious Needs an Update with Hawaiian Themed Decor & Bedspread Needs New Living & Dining Room Furniture
