CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

The room way great and had mostly everything you need for the stay. Amazing view!!! This is our 2nd time back and will definitely book again

The stunning view of the Pacific Ocean was priceless! The studio comes with full kitchen which I really liked. I would stay here again. We checked in around 4:00pm and there was someone in the room doing some sort of room inspection. I was told the AC was not working and they had to send someone to fix. Another person came to check the AC and turns out the issue was the remote being old. The issue was fixed. There was only one beach towel provided but not a big deal since we brought our own. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Waikiki then I recommend this property.

Great spot centrally located, good if you are ok with a busy area.

All as advertised, will definitely stay here again when we return.

Good but Unclean

Have stayed at Hilton Hawaiin village next door previously, like the location, but thought we’d try a vacation rental instead of the hotel for our 12 day stay. The room had everything we needed, including kitchen, and it was renovated the same as the hotel rooms at the Ilikai, so should have been great….but was t because of the condition and cleanliness. It occurred to us that the difference is that the unit doesn’t get daily housekeeping, so it goes uncleaned for weeks and it really shows. The building and unit are older and tired, the carpet was dirty and stained, the headboard had a thick layer of dust along the top, and everything needs a thorough and deep clean, more than the few hours of turnover between bookings could ever accomplish. Will not be coming back.

Tenth visit to Hinolulu

We love Hawaii, especially Honolulu. The restaurants are very good albeit over the top in terms of pricing & the people are very friendly. Offering a tipping guide is not acceptable to Aussies & consequently we do not tip beyond 10% unless the service is very high. However all in all we still love Hawaii as a holiday destination

Great ciew

My husband and I were on our anniversary trip. My hubby was still working remotely so the unit’s space really made it nice for both of us to do our own thing. The lanai was also spacious with a great view. The kitchen had everything needed although we only utilized the fridge and the microwave. Overall, this unit was spacious to feel comfortable. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.
