Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au premier Ă©tage oĂč vous entrez dans un hall d'accueil / salon gai avec canapĂ©-lit pour un lit supplĂ©mentaire si nĂ©cessaire .. cet endroit est idĂ©al pour le plaisir en famille et les jeux, avec la vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an depuis les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond et coulissantes porte d'accĂšs au pont.

Une chambre Twin / Full Bunk est à votre droite avec une salle de bain complÚte partagée Jack N Jill. Passez par le bain et entrez dans une chambre Queen face à l'océan avec accÚs à la terrasse.

Aller à gauche dans le hall vous amÚnera dans une chambre face à l'océan avec 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain privée. Cette chambre dispose également d'un accÚs à la terrasse.

Prenez les escaliers ou l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau supĂ©rieur et entrez dans une cuisine / salon / salle Ă  manger lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e avec des baies vitrĂ©es et une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an. Dirigez-vous vers le pont couvert donnant sur la plage avec votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e et regardez les vagues se jeter sur la plage de sable en contrebas ... RELAX - Vous ĂȘtes Ă  l'heure de l'Ăźle!

À gauche de l'escalier, vous passerez une demi-salle de bain et entrerez dans une suite King Master avec portes coulissantes pour l'accùs au pont.

Ocean waves

The house was on the beach where you could hear the waves day and night. I believe our problem was mostly with the rental company. We found a site that said dogs were free but once called they said it was an error and that there is a dog fee. The site was then taken down. Then we asked about only charging one pet fee since our 2 dogs weighed 10 lbs together and they said no. We found dog hair in the beds,peanut shells and a dart in the comforters, dead bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Live ants in the kitchen. Was told EVERYTHING was an added cost
grill, chairs,linens etc. When I was booking the home, it said check in was at 4 pm and off season was 3pm. I called the day before to verify the time of arrival because the email that was sent said something totally different. Then the office told me that check in could be as late as 6pm and they would let us know when we could check in the day of. Very hard to plan a time to leave when you are given 3 different times that could be a possibility. Guess what? We left an hour later to make sure we could arrive and still enjoy the day we paid. Never received the text that I was told the day before I would receive. I had to call the 24/7 number and waited for a return call. But what was very disheartening was that they threatened you in charging you for everything if it wasn’t right. You WILL BE CHARGED if you enter the house without a text saying it’s ok and leaving on time,linens n deck furniture not right etc etc. loved the elevator!

Spring break 1-week extended family getaway

House and beach location are better than pictures convey. Only minor gripes are that the master bathroom is dated and the kitchen countertops and sink (Corian?) seem oddly easy to stain. That said, the rest of the house and the very close (and very unobstructed view) of the beach were awesome. Would definitely stay again. One recommendation would be to add grab bars in showers; some elderly guests found the showers a bit intimidating.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Great time with the family. The elevator is a "big plus" since there are a lot of stairs and the kitchen, main, and living room are on the top floor. The game room was great for the grandkids. The ocean view is spectacular!!!

Delights and Disappointments

We stayed 10 days in early May. We were delighted by... The view! Right on the beach. And the neighborhood was lovely. Even though houses are close together, we never felt it. And that part of the island is quiet. Felt like having our own private beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable inside. Kitchen well appointed. And we appreciated that this was dog friendly. For the price point, we were disappointed by... Except for a high top table wth chairs, there was no deck furniture on either deck. Incredibly perplexing especially given this house is right on the beach. Thankfully recent reviews indicated this so we lugged camping chairs with us so we could sit outside. But really? Please splurge on a few Adirondack chairs. A/C was not working on main floor when we arrived. It was fixed 2 days later. No screens in any sliding doors except the sliding door off the living room. It was a constant battle with flies and bugs. Blinds on all three sliding doors broken on first floor. Glass door of shower fell in on my niece while taking a shower. Description of house missing key items: beach toys, beach chairs, grill This is on the high end of rentals on the island, so the disappointments were really disappointing.

Wonderful!

This was a perfect place to enjoy some family time. Sitting on the deck watching the waves felt like you were right down on the beach. Furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was well equipped and organized. Hesitate to recommend only because we want to rent again and don't want it to be taken!

Memory packed vacation week

We enjoyed greatly our week spent at Pelicans Reach. Had 92 y.o. Mom and the elevator was a blessing! It is a beautiful home with awesome ocean views. Dishwasher is only negative it would not continue cycling, tubs needed some extra cleaning elbow grease applied but that wasn’t horrible. Overall we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the beautiful Pelicans Reach.

Million dollar location

Pelicans Reach is a beautiful oceanfront property. The layout is perfect for a multigenerational family stay. My husband and I took the master on the main living area (to floor to get the awesome views) and my daughter and her family took the bottom floor with 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms, still with great ocean views. We also brought our aging golden retriever so the elevator was a big bonus. The only negatives would be the somewhat dated decor and the limited stock of kitchen supplies. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location and House

We loved everything about this house, especially house close it is to the water. The only negative is a few of the mattresses need replacement. They were tough on older parents. Otherwise, we will definitely rent again. Great house and location. Lots of birds, dolphins, nature and good families.

Fantastic Oceanfront Property on N. Topsail Beach

Wonderful house right on the beach in N. Topsail. Incredible ocean views from the multiple decks. Property had plenty of space for our family and was well maintained. Community Pool was really nice. The Property management company was terrific--very responsive and organized--made things seamless.

Location, location, location!!

This home has everything you need for a fun filled family vacation! Location is everything!! The house sits right on the beach with awesome views of the dunes and ocean.. our grandmother got to enjoy the ocean breezes, by watching the kids from the third floor deck as they enjoyed the beach. The pool was a short walk from the house.. The elevator was a big plus for seniors and lugging bags and grocery’s!! Plenty of room for eight people spending a week together. The decor was nicely appointed and great size dinning table for family meals (for we love to cook, plus kitchen had everything needed to satisfy your cooking needs) and plenty of games provided for kids to play with. We had so much fun we never wanted to leave! Best family beach vacation. We hope to return! Thank you for opening up your home to us!!
