☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
This gorgeous oceanfront home has 3 bedrooms with smart televisions and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 10 people. There is 1 kind bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bunk beds, and a queen sofa bed.

BEDROOM 1 - The expansive primary bedroom takes up the entire top level, and can reached by elevator or stairs. This spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. Enjoy direct access to the oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. This bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
BEDROOM 2 - The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a cushy queen-sized bed and offers direct oceanfront views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step through the sliding glass doors to access the peaceful decks beyond and gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find a comfortable desk and chair in the corner of this room in case you need to work during your stay.
BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located on the first floor on the sound side, and offers a full-sized bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Equipped with ample amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and reading lights, it’s a great room for kids to have fun in their own space after a fun-filled day of exploring the local beaches.
SOFA BED - If you need some extra sleeping space, you’ll find the sectional couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed.

BATHROOM 1 - This spa like primary bathroom is located on the third floor with the primary bedroom. There is a large soaking tub, a walk in shower, and dual vanities
BATHROOM 2 - There is a family bathroom on the first floor between the second and third bedrooms. This full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, convenient for bathing the kids. There is also a laundry room on this level so you can keep your clothes and towels fresh during your stay.
BATHROOM 3 - A convenient half bath can be found adjacent to the kitchen, saving you time (and hassle!) from running up or down the stairs when nature calls.

The open-floor living space on the second level is the heart of this family-friendly oceanfront home. It’s the perfect place for your whole family to gather and spend quality time together in between outdoor adventures.

Sit back and relax on the huge sectional couch, in front of the large wall-mounted smart TV and enjoy a movie night. Or, settle down by the coffee table and play a few board games over a glass of wine, some snacks, and the sound of the ocean waves. A sliding door gives you easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views.

Head into the open kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook delicious gourmet meals. Quartz countertops, custom-built cabinets, and high-end stainless steel appliances make cooking an absolute pleasure. Small appliances include a microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster, a hand mixer, and a blender.

Pull up a stool to the large kitchen island to help out with the food prep or enjoy a casual bite. There is room for four here. There is seating for another 6 people around the dining table, which also offers ocean views.

This gorgeous coastal townhome has a total of five balconies or decks for you to enjoy, with access points from the living room, kitchen, and each of the bedrooms. These wide open spaces are ideal for sitting in the sunshine with an icy cold beverage or enjoying sumptuous outdoor dining under the cover of the oceanfront gazebo.

From your decks, you’ll have direct access to the quaint walkways down to the beach. You’ll be burying your toes in the sand within minutes! On the walkways, you’ll find four shared hot tubs – there’s no better place in the world to enjoy a warm soak in the bubbles while taking in the panoramic views of the ocean. Breathtaking sunrises and pink sunsets await you!

After an action-packed day at the beach, you’ll find a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand before you head indoors to relax. For a change from the beach, why not head to the shared outdoor pool, which is normally accessible between April and October, though we may keep it open longer depending on weather! Enjoy a refreshingly cool dip in the sparkling blue water, then dry off poolside on the sun loungers.

Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.

Pool Access:
The swimming pool is only available between April-October, between 6am and 10pm. The pool heater is available only during April, May, and October. A small additional fee of $100 is added to each reservation during these months.

Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.

Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs. Pets are not allowed in pool or common areas.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.
