Fabulous location, superb views from the terrace. Within easy reach of some great restaurants
Although the property accommodates six, there were just my partner and l. The owner Agis was most helpful advising us where best to eat and what to see in the area as neither of us had been to this part of Greece before. The property is beautifully situated with its own seawater pool and terrace overlooking the bay. The closest village is Pyrgadikia, only a few kilometres away which Agis told us had two of the best restaurants in the area; Kouros and the fish restaurant Kapitanos. He was not wrong, in fact we alternated each day between them. On a more practical note, I donât think the house is appropriate for young children, as in particular the pool is rather deep, being 2 meters at the shallow end. Also with the terracing some of the steps were quite steep. That said, Agis was a great help sorting out one or two minor problems without any hassle. There are a number of long sandy beaches in the area, being June and early in the season they were virtually deserted. The one we liked the most had a beach bar called Coco Ammos, we had many a pleasurable hour soaking up the sun whilst listening to some great âChilloutâ music.
