Advised ahead of time that I would need to have a shower bench and hand held shower head due to being in a wheelchair and they only had a shower chair that sits sideways which made it very difficult to get the job done. Everyone was helpful and very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Worldmark. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms and the murphy bed as we had two young adult children with us and they need separate beds nowadays. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels and the kitchen had plenty of plates & cups for our family of 4. Everything worked. Our only complaint was that the hot water ran out on our first night. I had taken a shower and then our daughter tried taking one and the hot water was literally gone. We didn't seem to have this problem in subsequent days, but it was frustrating the first night. Other than that little hiccup, it was a wonderful stay. It's literally a block or two to the main road into Yellowstone - super convenient. Also awesome because it approaches the main road from the south, so you're taking a right hand turn into the park entrance while most everyone else is lined up from north trying to take a left. Really convenient. This was a wonderful stay!

Great Yellowstone location

We loved our stay here! It was very convenient to the West gate of Yellowstone. The condo has great accommodations. We sat in the hot tub each night and enjoyed the game room. The town was very quaint with lots of shopping and good places to eat! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Yellowstone Trip

The perfect place to stay just outside of the park for our family to spread out, do laundry, have the option to cook-in, walk to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and smooth process…from booking, to check-in, to check-out. My teens loved the gym and game room!

Truly wonderful!

Our first visit to Yellowstone was fantastic, and truly wonderful to come home from the park each evening to this clean, quiet and modern residence! We all slept so well, twin beds were perfect for the kids, the pool was a very pleasant surprise and the view of mountains in the distance made this West Yellowstone location feel off the beaten path (even though park entrance is literally around the corner)! Perfect for families, highly recommended!

Friends trip to Yellowstone

The condo had everything we needed to cook. We used the grill outdoors which was nice. The pool and hot tub area was relaxing after a long day in Yellowstone. The property was very close to the downtown and park gate.

Worked Well For Us

This worked well for us as we explored West Yellowstone. The murphy bed in the living room was a plus. The place is small, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. It had pretty much everything we needed.

Great location!

Right outside west entrance to Yellowstone! Great condo home away from home for vacation. The ceiling fans were awesome. We had a 2 bedroom with a Murphy bed and all 3 were comfortable! Clean & fresh condo. Stacked & very small washer & dryer, but they do the job. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

This place is nice, but I didn’t realize it was a hotel. The listing made it sound like a condo. As a hotel however they did not have any food onsite… which is sort of a bummer. Kitchen was sort of limited.

Very pleasant stay

Stay is close to downtown West Yellowstone, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Perfect spot to access the western entrance to park. We had an issue with not having hot water. Front desk did not answer my calls. Reached out to host who encouraged me to keep trying the front desk. I physically went to the front desk and explained the situation. They immediately dispatched a maintenance person who raised the temperature of the water which solved the issue. Overall, the unit was very spacious, clean and great for our stay. The Murphy bed was very comfortable.

Nice suite but a subpar service

We liked the suite and the location (even the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable!), but there were some minor annoyances with the local property management service: The check in was unnecessarily complicated (with the strict requirement that we know upfront the person in our party who will arrive first), the person on the check-in desk wasn't particularly polite, the wifi wasn't included in the price (like it's the nineties!), they called us at 7:30am to ask a question we already answered (waking everyone up) and they sent a person 10 minutes after the checkout to check that we're done moving out. Booking experience wasn't too smooth (got confirmations with 2 different sets of dates) but the host was very reasonable and communicated very well to resolve the issues, so no concerns there.
