Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est sur la meilleure plage de Rocky Point - privĂ©e, fermĂ©e et la maison est sĂ©curisĂ©e. Playa Encanto a beaucoup de changements de marĂ©e, ce qui en fait une plage gĂ©niale pour les amateurs de coquillages et de dollars de sable. Il est entourĂ© par un estuaire plein d'animaux sauvages et le meilleur Osteria de Sonora! C'est loin de la ville, un endroit calme pour se dĂ©tendre. Il s'agit d'un condo d'unitĂ© finale, avec une cour composĂ©e sĂ©curisĂ©e pour vos jeunes enfants ou animaux de compagnie avec accĂšs direct Ă  la plage. Il y a un patio commun avec un incroyable escalier en colimaçon qui monte sur le pont de la margarita pour profiter de l'air frais de la mer et des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer de Cortez! Vous pouvez faire un feu de plage, rĂŽtir des s'mores et profiter des Ă©toiles et de la lune se reflĂ©tant sur l'eau. Faites un voyage de pĂȘche nolisĂ© puis un barbecue sur la plage ou dans la cour. Great stay and great host!

We had such a fun time during our stay! The place is steps from the beach and the host (Darla) is wonderful. We had a great time with our two boys. They loved playing on the beach, and Darla has all kinds of great beach toys that she generously shares with her guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun beach vacation!

Gloriously restful

The casita was clean except for the refrigerator freezer and the living room carpet. The bed was comfortable. The heater worked (it was unseasonably chilly during our stay). Because of the wind (we are assuming), the pilot light on the water heater went out twice. I'm sure if my husband hadn't been able to figure out how to light it, Darla would have sent someone to take care of it. We did have to make a run into town to fill the drinking water bottle until Darla was able to get someone to bring another one. All in all, it was a lovely stay. The ocean showed us all her faces, and we learned to wash every shell we want to bring back into the USA. We will definitely return to this kick-back place. Thanks for sharing with us, Darla.

Are checking in experience was a bit rough !we were given a letter in numeral address without a street name !! we drove around and round until we finally were able to contact the owner, she did respond promptly 
However, it would’ve saved us time just having all the information we needed in advance ! From what I understand she thought she did send it, but she really just sent the letter n number part :/ The Casita was very quaint and cute. The only upgrade I would say, would be to put a another TV in the bedroom, maybe hung up on the corner above the big chair .. and maybe get those don’t go fat pillows from Walmart for the bed. The ones that are in there are very high to sleep on. . With all that said, it was a beautiful view just walks away to the sandy beach with a rooftop you can spend evenings looking out at the Sunset .. the beach is quite amazing full of shells and there are paddle boards etc 
to use if you are wanting to get in the water đŸ™ŒđŸ»đŸ˜Š

Great for the value

Good bang for your buck. Small but cozy. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Has beach access and the host allows you to use the patio and margarita deck! There are also plenty of beach toys to use!

Absolutely beautiful beach and very cute home!

We were really surprised just how beautiful (and nearly empty) the beach was here, and the guesthouse was so cute and clean. It was also very laid back, and very secure. The best part was being able to bring our pups, and still being able to be right on the beach. We have already spread the word to all our friends as this place really is one of a kind! We are already looking for a housesitter so we can come back!
