Villa de style Resort unifamiliale Providenciales

Situé à Long Bay à seulement 0,7 km de l'accÚs à la plage de Long Bay ou par le biais de Leeward pour accéder à Grace Bay avec un terrain de style complexe entiÚrement clos de 0,5 acre et beaucoup d'espace pour la vie en plein air et le divertissement centré autour d'une fabuleuse piscine et d'un espace de vie extérieur.

Un remodelage complet en 2019 comprend tous les nouveaux meubles, matelas, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, etc. de finitions haut de gamme qui attendent votre famille dans une villa unifamiliale extrĂȘmement propre et confortable.

La maison est à 5 minutes en voiture des magasins, des restaurants, etc. de Salt Mills. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la plage de Long Bay, mais ce serait une randonnée à 0, 7 km, mais à moins de 3 minutes en voiture de la plage à travers le quartier. Pour Grace Bay, vous traversez Leeward (communauté fermée de 1 M $ + maisons) et accédez à cette plage en environ 4 minutes en voiture. Tout le parking de la plage est facile et gratuit, vous n'aurez donc aucun inconvénient à avoir la voiture, à part que les locations économiques sont toutes de la taille d'un bug VW, mais avec 4 portes, vous pouvez donc passer à une voiture plus grande, des mini-fourgonnettes ou un SUV .

Il y a 2 Ă©piceries Graceway (Gourmet est Ă  4 minutes en voiture et le plus grand magasin Ă  moins de 8 minutes) que nous utilisons.

Notre villa n'est pas sur la plage et dans un quartier résidentiel sur un terrain de 0,5 acre avec un mur de périmÚtre de 6 pieds, vous aurez donc de l'intimité et de l'espace, mais pas désolé. Nos voisins comprennent un médecin et un chef de police, comme nous le comprenons, mais comme nous venons d'acheter et que VRBO a répertorié la propriété aprÚs une rénovation complÚte cette année, nous rencontrons toujours tout le monde lors de nos visites.

From the start, the hosts responded to all of my questions quickly. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this one was one of the most well appointed with beach towels, beach chairs, the kitchen had everything you’d need and had basics like salt/pepper, cooking spray, cleaning supplies, a hairdryer, etc. There were lots of pillows and blankets. It made things so easy! The outdoor living area was so nice and where we spent most of our time if we were home.You definitely need a car if you stay here, but most things are a 5-10 minute drive.

First Time Visit

This was our first time vacationing in Turks. Melinda (the owner) and David (property manager) were great to work with. They both responded quickly to all my questions/concerns.The property was great for our family of 5(two adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the pool area! The area were the house was located was very quiet and felt safe. Melinda provided everything we needed for our days at the beach. There were coolers, floats, an umbrella and enough chairs for our family!

Perfect stay in Turks!

Our stay at Villa Medori was absolutely perfect! Enough space for two couples to spread out inside, the kitchen was very well accommodated and the pool/outdoor lounging areas were spacious and comfortable. The property feels secure and neighborhood feels safe. Really enjoyed property manager David was lovely and helpful! Can’t wait to return!

Turks again

This was our 3rd stay in Turks, and we were lucky enough once again to find an absolutely fabulous property that we totally enjoyed throughout our week's stay, with another couple that we always travel with. The entire property was walled/gated, the house was fully stocked with all amenities you would ever need, and all appliances/AC's were up to date, and fully functional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were absolutely the best, and this was where we spent most of the day, including a fully stocked pool cabinet with floats, tubes, etc. for the pool.Although the ocean was only 5-blocks away, it did not have any beaches nearby, but we highly suggest a visit out to Capt. Oaks Tiki Bar....about a 1/2 mile boat ride out to this little Tiki Bar, but quite fun......Enjoy,Al & Joan

The best!

Melinda’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was impeccably clean and had everything I could have possibly needed. The pool was definitely the highlight, and I loved having a variety of floats to use. It was so nice to not have to rent a chair and umbrella for the days spent at the beach. On top of all of this, Melinda and the house manager Johanny are some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. Johanny and her daughter even had some birthday decorations displayed in the home for me. The location is an easy 5 minute drive from Grace Bay and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing stay all around!

Amazing property!

Absolute loved Villa Medori! Amazing communication, well taken care of property, perfect stay for us. Having those beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was a game changer and allowed us to explore so many amazing beaches. Would recommend a car at this location, but everything is super easy to get to. 8 min to Grace Bay, you cant go wrong. We had a flight cancelation and they were SO gracious helping us with transportation. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Perfect for us.

Villa Medori fits the bill for well appointed pretty and small house with complete privacy. The private pool is such a gift. The house was located minutes from Grace Bay restaurants and shoppes. We plan on returning soon and staying longer. The owner couldn't be more helpful warm and responsive. Staff met any need that arose without delay. We love to be on our own in a lovely spot for vacations where we can eat in or out and totally relax. Villa Medori ticks all our boxes and more. Lovely decorated home. We were very impressed with the Villa, Melinda and Colleen. . They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time while we were there. Melinda sent us places to eat and beaches to go to. Colleen made all our reservations for daily excursions. They had a local cell phone for us to use. Our car died and Colleens husband came snd jumped it for us. The villa it self was beautiful and very clean. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on The pool was amazing just what we needed after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa to anybody who wants to stay on Providencials. Looks just like the pictures amazing! Thank you everybody for everything you did to make our stay the best.

Amazing stay at Villa Medori!

Our family of 5 (3 children ages 8 to 14) stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing first time at T&C. The villa is exactly as advertised. It is clean and comfortable and we can't say enough great things about the pool and patio. It was nice having the opportunity to cool off and relax in this large pool and outdoor space after a sunny day at the beach. The villa is a very short drive to many beaches (Grace Bay, Leeward, Long Bay), restaurants, shops and the supermarket. You definitely want to rent a car to get around the island. The house has a gate so you feel very safe and secure even though you are further away from the resorts. Melinda, the owner, is wonderful and was so responsive to my many questions. She had a wealth of information and tips to share (beaches, restaurants, parking, etc.) and it was a comfort knowing that we had our own personal remote tour guide. While it was our first trip to T&C, it certainly will not be our last. We were definitely sad to leave!

Villa Medori exceeded our expectations

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Everything at the house was as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well-maintained. Our kids loved the pool, and the beaches we enjoyed most were just a 7-10 minute car ride away. Beach chairs, floats, beach umbrella, and cooler made day trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. We felt safe the entire time. Hope to make it back sometime.

Second Visit Was Great!

This was our second trip to Villa Medori. Just like our first stay, everything turned out great. The pool and villa are comfortable and well appointed. Having access to all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc makes going on beach excursions so much more convenient. Hosts were super responsive and always willing to accommodate any of our requests.

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

Enjoy the open space concept of living room, dining area, snack bar and well equipped kitchen along with outdoor dining and lounge area.

COVID-19 considerations; Villa completely cleaned after each checkout with multi-surface disinfectant cleansers, Sanitizing Station(s), Disinfecting cleaners provided in villa, Interior towels and linens all laundered with bleach. The property utilizes exterior security cameras that include the gate entrance, grounds, pool & spa area that may be monitored by guests from inside the villa. The monitor is Not to be considered an alternative for closely watching any users or children around the pool & spa area. Amenities are for use at your own risk, No Diving and No lifeguard is on duty.
