Ce condo d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bain offre le meilleur emplacement pour les pistes de ski dans l'ensemble de Snowmass! Littéralement juste devant votre porte, vous entrez dans le nouveau village de base avec toutes les activités estivales et hivernales, des magasins, des restaurants et des hôtels. Allez à droite et accédez aux commodités Capital Peak, y compris les bains à remous, les installations d’entraînement et la salle de loisirs.

Le plan d'étage unique dispose de plafonds de onze pieds avec une cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon. En tant qu’unité de coin au rez-de-chaussée, il y a de grandes fenêtres sur deux côtés et un beau patio sans porte.

Construit en 2009 et remodelé en 2019, le condo est meublé clé en main (avec Nespresso et Alexa)! La cuisine gastronomique a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer de fantastiques repas de famille ou romantiques. L'unité est équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse et dispose d'un grand casier à skis à 25 pieds de votre porte. Le garage de stationnement souterrain offre un parking privé et fermé avec des ascenseurs pour un accès rapide et facile, en particulier par beau temps.

Perfect Stay

The snow was TERRIBLE but our stay was PERFECT. This condo had everything we needed, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was smartly stocked, the bathroom was well designed and very relaxing, the spa is just steps out the door, the ski locker is super convenient, and the common space on the first floor is an added bonus.

Amazing Location

This was the best ski trip that we have ever taken and that is mainly due to the location of the property and the amenities that it includes. There was plenty of room, easy access to the slopes, easy storage for skis, and close to restaurants! We will definitely be back next year!

Comfortable Condo in an Ideal Location

The property managers were very easy to work with. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Base Village is literally right outside the door and the grocery store, post office, etc. are just across the street. It was perfect for our long stay.

Perfect spot at base on snowmass

This condo was great for our stay in Snowmass. Doug and Vivian were great hosts and did an excellent job explaining the check in process in advance. Doug gave us a full tour upon arrival. The condo is well-stocked including great cookware, knives and glassware. The condo also has necessities for cooking, coffee, etc. Loved our stay and would stay here again.

not ski in and out

I thought this place was ski in and out, but that wasn't the case. It is close to gondola but you can never ski in or out because pavement is heated. : (

I'm sorry that you were surprized about staying in the Base Village. Capital Peak is ski in/out as it's less than 75 yards from the gondola. The pavement is heated so it's not a hazard for walking when it snows.

Everything was perfect. Fully equipped and very clean. The only issues were that Maverick should have let us know that there was a entrance across from the unit that led you to the bus station. Otherwise it's a pretty long walk. Also the patio door was open as it does not close. Even though Snowmass Is safe , the unit was not. Otherwise we will return. Thank you

The place

The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. There was a fitness center in the building and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Once we figured out checking and parking it worked well. Main mall level was a negative. We felt like we need to keep shutters closed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Comfy bed.

Summer fun in Snowmass

Great location. Host communication excellent with extremely easy check in and check out. First floor location excellent for keeping bikes secure overnight in unit entrance. However if you want to keep windows open or have more privacy first floor is a drawback. Unit was well equipped and had air conditioning which is rare in mountains but needed as summers get hotter

Turned out Fantastic

At first I was upset. If you are looking for a hideaway in the forest this isn’t it. I opened our door and our patio where we like to enjoy morning coffee was right on the thoroughfare through the Snowmass village. Privacy and birdsong we would not have. I did complain. People can look in at night so blinds must be put down, however we did take our coffee out at 7:30 in the morning and enjoyed conversations with those walking dogs. We adored ALL the dogs and folks were nice too. We could walk to the tram and while I don’t recommend the ice cream store within spitting distance, we did love the crepes up around the corner. We were supplied with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Checking in with Perry a new consierge was a bit difficult as the parking pass was missing. Not his fault bHe was a sweet and helpful young man. All in all we had a wonderful time and very much appreciated the fine bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

Very nice condo

Very spacious condo on 1st floor corner. We did not have a vehicle so didn’t use parking space. Access to hot tubs was easy. Walk to gondola not bad but further than would have liked carrying skis. Never found our ski locker in the building. We rented skis next door at Aspen Sports which was very convenient. They also keep our suitcases for us while we waited for our keys to arrive. Only thing I would have liked that was not in the condo was a robe for the hot tub. Almost everything else was in the condo including Kuerig coffee kcups, many cooking spices, bath soaps, Kleenex, papertowels and laundry soap. Loved the instant on fireplace and comfy furniture. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Snowmass base village.
